Located just 350 yards from the slopes, this property is within walking distance of skiing, several restaurants, and nightlife. You'll also have access to a community clubhouse complete with an indoor pool and new hot tub.

This second-floor condo spans over 874 square feet, with large sliding glass doors overlooking the Keystone Ski Resort. The property is accessible via elevator and offers free outdoor parking, ski storage lockers, and boot dryers in the entryway to warm your boots after a day on the slopes.

The spacious living area includes a wood-burning fireplace, flatscreen television, DVD player, and free WiFi. The balcony offers patio furniture, a gas grill, and amazing views of the ski area. A fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room, with a dining table for four and three additional bar stools at the breakfast bar.

Positives:Short walk to Peru lift.Nice layout and plenty of room for 2-4Washer and dryer(bring your own detergent)View was fantastic from small deck.Great communication via text before and during the stay. Negatives:Many of dishes were dirty, table dirty on arrivalPull out sofa sleeper had hole, very uncomfortable, not really usable.Day two door code did not work but customer service solved via text in about 20 min. No hand towels, no body soap( bring your own).Many of the skillets were baddy chipped non stick, one really nice one.Bring or buy all your spices, nothing their not even salt or pepper. Main queen bed was ok, but probably need a new one soon. Overall a great value and very convenient for skiiing.

This is actually our second time staying at this property. While an older condo complex we had a very enjoyable stay. Unit was clean and cozy., Kitchen had everything you need. Albeit some of the glass are chipped and need replacing. Gas fireplace worked great and we loved the balcony with the close view of the mountain slopes. Easy to hop on the trail and go for a walk or a bike ride. We also loved that we could bring our little dog with us for the stay.Cons:Bed super uncomfortable, please put a pillow top on the mattress or something.Also, need blackout curtains for the bedroom!! I suggested this back on 2021 when we stayed here and was disappointed that the light keeps me up all night in this bedroom!! The blinds let it too much light at night! The noise from the highway can be a bit loud, especially with the semi trucks roaring down from Loveland pass, be aware! Maybe bring a sound machine to drown out excess night noise. :) Pool/hot tub are FANTASTIC, loved them! Overall had a great stay!

Overall, the stay was really good! The condo was very welcoming and the town was incredible. The views from the balcony could not be beat! However, there were a few things I recommend could be improved. 1. The parking: We were told that there was only one parking spot available, but as we were there during the off season there were plenty of open parking spots and three parking passes in the condo. Where we were told only one car and any others had to park in paid overnight lots elsewhere. It felt like you were just dangling it in our faces since we had to make a lot of arrangements to only take one car. 2. The Thermostat: The instructions stated that we couldn't increase the thermostat past 60 degree which was very cold during the weekend. However, we loved the fireplace but it produced no heat. 3. Communication: once we booked this Condo there was a lack of communication. We reached out a few times and would not here back until days/weeks later or until we followed up. Its also frustrating that communication and instructions were done through another website instead of VRBO. 4. Accommodation: There were no instructions or information regarding pillows or sheets for the sofa bed. We had to search for them and there were not enough for warmth. Also, the couch itself was comfortable but the sofa bed was very disappointing. You can feel all the bars under it and it is not pleasant to sleep on. Would really suggest have a better mattress for it.

It had been a while since the condo had been used, so the kitchen drain smelled a little upon arrival
 But some water and attention quickly made the smell go away. The giant TV is a nice upgrade, but the remote control and interface for Xfinity is incomprehensible
 We weren’t there to watch TV anyway so it didn’t matter that much. The condo was clean and comfortable, we stayed there last year and it was nice to be in a familiar place.

We stayed at this condo during a trip to Keystone and really appreciated the convenient location, just a short distance from restaurants and nearby shops. Check-in was super easy with a door code, which made arrival smooth and hassle-free. The swimming pool was a great amenity, and the hot tub was clean and enjoyable after a day hiking .On the downside, the cleanliness of the condo could have been better. The toilet, kitchen sink, and shower were not properly cleaned, and the floors clearly needed to be vacuumed and mopped. That said, the linens were clean and fresh, which we appreciated.Overall, the condo has potential and some great features, but a more thorough cleaning would make a big difference
