This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom penthouse condo sleeps 7 with a king bed, a queen bed and a full-sized bed with twin trundle. Fresh paint and new flooring throughout, along with some new furniture and decor in June, 2020. It features premium linens and our Ivory White Bedding program. Top floor location ensures a quiet stay. Centrally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and festivities. Plus, you're a short walk from the high-speed gondola. Dakota Lodge offers shared amenities including the largest pool in Keystone with slope views and two oversized hot tubs. And it's next to Dercum Square that features an ice rink during winter and a mini golf course during the summer.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a mounted Smart TV and comfortable furniture. Step outside to the private balcony offering beautiful mountain views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four and there are four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The first of two full bathrooms is just off of the living area and features a single sink vanity with a granite countertop and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The first bedroom features a king-sized bed with a new 4-inch gel memory foam topper on our Ivory White Bedding program. There is a mounted Smart TV and a skylight. The second bedroom features a high-end queen-sized bed and a full-sized bed on our Ivory White Bedding program. There is also a twin trundle, a mounted Smart TV and a skylight. The second bedroom has an en suite bathroom with double sinks and a door separates the shower/tub combination and toilet area for added privacy. In addition to closets in both bedrooms, there is an additional large closet available for guest use that allows for extra storage.
