This spacious 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with a variety of sleeping options, including one king bed, one double bed, three twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. The condo boasts vaulted ceilings and a bright, inviting sunroom with skylights that flood the living space with natural light. Outside, you'll find a convenient shuttle to take you to the ski lifts, or you can head to Lakeside Village for shopping and dining. Guests can also enjoy the shared amenities at The Pines, including an indoor pool, hot tubs, a sauna, and more!

Located on the quieter side of the building, this condo offers a peaceful retreat to enjoy relaxation after a day on the mountain. The cozy living area features oversized furniture, a flat-screen TV, and a wood-burning fireplace to gather around. The queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space. Just off the living area, the sunroom offers a bright and airy spot to unwind, with two seating areas—one of which includes a futon for extra sleeping accommodations. Extra linens for the sleeper sofa and futon are conveniently stored in a nearby closet.

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals away from home, and the dining area, located just off the living space, seats six comfortably. A convenient half bath is also located on the main level for guest use. All bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the sunroom. The en suite bathroom includes double sinks and a shower/tub combination. Upstairs, the loft serves as a second bedroom, offering a double-sized bed, two built-in twin beds, and an additional twin bed in an adjacent room. This space can be closed off for privacy and also has its own TV. The upstairs bathroom includes a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination.

Larger than expected!

I don't even remember how many we decided could sleep in this unit but it's a TON. We only had 4 in our group but location was excellent to pop over to A Basin and having elevator made 3rd floor a non issue. Plenty of towels, pillows, bedding. Only suggestion would be some smaller cooking pans. There were plenty of pans, but they were are huge.

It was okay for the price

The complex is nice and the pool center was good. The unit seems to have been used heavily. One of the lounge chairs was bottomed out and couldn't be used. The futon mattress was stained and not comfortable. Cleanliness was okay, could have been better. Wouldn't stay in this unit again, but it was just okay.

Cozy and Convenient

One night stay (430p to check out 10a), Clean and close to the Ski resort. Large enough to fit 7 of us comfortably with all kitchen supplies we needed- overall enjoyed the stay. Nice detailed online handbook- In the handout it states they supply firewood. However they did not supply equipment to start a fire, and you have to order firewood by 2P day of (we did not check in until 430p). We did not have enough time to check out the hot tub or other amenities- So I cannot comment on that. Only other wish was to allow earlier check in without such a large cost.

Our Colorado Hiking trip

Great location for our hike. The management company was incredibly friendly and helpful. Lots of space and beautiful surroundings. Coffee maker didn't work because it is missing a part (big mess). Instructions to dispose of garbage were not helpful in finding the dumpsters.

Perfect

Great little property! Plenty of space cute little nooks for kiddos, supplied wood. Grocery store is not very far although I would recommend shopping down mountain before coming up. Plenty of plates glasses pans. Made a few full meals. A lot of reviews said it was dated I did not see this it might’ve been not shiny and new but it was comfortable clean affordable and we had no complaints.

Perfect getaway area for skiing. My only issue was finding the laundry facilities. We were told they were in the center at the clubhouse. I saw nothing in the area labeled as a clubhouse. We found the laundry when we took our kids to the Pool Complex.

The property was nice fairly close to the shuttle bus stop. The kitchen was stocked with most of the essentials needed for cooking. The master bedroom needed an overhead light. With lamps only, the room was very dark even in the daytime.

Excellent, clean, super spacious condo nearby several ski resorts. Plenty of space for our group of 10. Comes with 2 parking spaces. Comfy beds. The heater worked very well. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear. Quick responses from the property owner. The only complaint was our door was cracked open upon arrival. Overall, loved this condo and would definitely stay here again. Note: need to pick up keys at a separate location & the door needs to be pulled/pushed shut since the weight doesn't let it automatically close.

Great location and clean condo

The location of this condo was perfect and the spaciousness in the condo was amazing. Our kids really enjoyed having the extra space in the loft. This is incredibly minor, but we had to take a little time on our first day to figure out the TV and remote situation. There were several remotes that didn't belong to working equipment and most were missing batteries. I suggest the owners get rid of old equipment and their associated remote controls. It might also be a good idea to label them. We did mention a few minor repairs (slow draining sink upstairs) and requests while we were there and the SAME DAY, maintenance was sent out to address our concerns. The communication with management was incredible!
