This villa is always kept clean and it's second-floor location means no overhead noise, while the cathedral ceilings create a bright, open, and spacious feel. A short walk or bike ride takes you to the Sanctuary’s outdoor bar and dining, and Night Heron Park is easily accessible—especially convenient if you’re renting bikes from the resort.

Kiawah Getaway

Had a great stay in Barbara's Villa. It is warm and cozy and well stocked with everything we needed. The location is great with a short walk to the beach, bike paths right next to the building, and close enough to walk to the Night Heron Park/waterpark and the Nest Shop. Barbara is very responsive to any questions you may have, and truly a caring person, wanting her guests to have the best stay possible!

Perfect stay

We had a wonderful stay here! Check in was easy, the unit was clean and had everything we needed, and the owner even left us a chilled bottle of wine because we were celebrating our anniversary! It is amazingly close to the beach, and we loved the ease of renting bikes and umbrella/chairs. Kiawah is gorgeous, and we look forward to a return stay!

A wonderful condo in a prime location! The unit is well-kept, stocked and clean. You can't be the location, being one street back from the beach. Barb, the owner, is fantastic! The condo is located in a great location, very close to the beach and is in great proximity to everything else on the island. We really enjoyed our stay and it had everything we needed while there. The host is very responsive. She provided us with quick answers and helpful information about the area.
