3575 Seascape Villa boasts an open living, dining, and kitchen area that features sliding doors leading to a furnished screened-in porch with scenic wooded views. The compact kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials needed to prepare delicious meals at home.

The spacious bedroom includes a queen-size bed and a ceiling fan, with an HDTV and a writing desk for your convenience. It also features a private bathroom with a bath/shower combination, accessible from both the bedroom and the entry hallway.

Seascape Villas are intimate Kiawah condos and beachfront rentals just steps from the Atlantic Ocean and only minutes to the activities of West Beach. Stinky fish smell and cleaner

The property was in a great location and was clean; however, upon arriving we were assaulted by an extremely strong cleaning agent smell permeating all throughout the condo. We understood why when we opened the refrigerator. The strong smell of fish came wafting out, along with the cleaning agent smell. Whoever cleaned the condo tried to mask the overwhelming smell of fish by using a strong cleaner in the apartment and refrigerator. The ice was unusable, and we had to throw away the food we brought and placed into the refrigerator. We left two days early because we couldn’t stand the smell. We messaged the host several times on Sunday, with no response until Monday. Property management has still not contacted us.
