The property was in a great location and was clean; however, upon arriving we were assaulted by an extremely strong cleaning agent smell permeating all throughout the condo. We understood why when we opened the refrigerator. The strong smell of fish came wafting out, along with the cleaning agent smell. Whoever cleaned the condo tried to mask the overwhelming smell of fish by using a strong cleaner in the apartment and refrigerator. The ice was unusable, and we had to throw away the food we brought and placed into the refrigerator. We left two days early because we couldnât stand the smell. We messaged the host several times on Sunday, with no response until Monday. Property management has still not contacted us.
