Sliding glass doors in the living room open to a private deck overlooking the 17th fairway with simple seating. Additional lounge or dining space is available on the beautiful screened in porch with a pass through window from the kitchen. Recent upgrades provide al fresco dining space and comfortable seating for a private and a perfect getaway whenever you want to enjoy a relaxing happy hour, or late evening listening to the ocean. The recently updated kitchen has quartz countertops, a professional grade refrigerator, new European washer & dryer, and dishwasher. Cookware and utensils are continually updated. 4974 Turtle Point comfortably accommodates 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a 32" Flat Screen internet connected TVs and DVD player for private viewing. The master suite bathroom has a king Tempur-Pedic® Mattress and a private bathroom with his & her vanities, a walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed and a new private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds and shares a newly updated bathroom with the common area.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
