Improvements include tiled flooring, updated appliances, new cabinets in the kitchen, and granite countertops in the bath. There are two TVs and free WiFi throughout the home. The property has a King-size bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room and can accommodate up to four guests. The family dog is welcome for a small nightly fee.

This non-smoking vacation rental property includes parking, 24-hour security in a gated community, central air conditioning, cable TV, a DVD player, fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, linens and bath towels, a departure housekeeping service, and a starter supply of paper products and detergents.

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
