The ac didn’t work (or was just set at a hot temp!) - they did fix it. The living room tv didn’t work, but the bedroom tv did. It was all a little dated in our condo, but certainly adequate and very spacious. Location was good, in walking distance of a beach and shops and restaurants. Birds were super loud, even at night, but that added some authenticity to the area. Check in staff were friendly and helpful.

We spotted a lizard in the kitchen and baby cockroaches in the master bathroom, which was extremely unpleasant. Additionally, the main door lock was jammed, and despite reporting the issue, no one came to check or fix it. Overall, the experience was terrible. The rooms clearly need better cleaning and renovation - very old models kitchen appliances furnitures. We will not be staying here again.

It was okay, but the property needs a makeover to look modern. There was no view from the balcony, but we barely spent any time inside, so it wasn't a big deal. Overall we were satisfied, but we've been into better places not too far from it.

Convenient location for what I wanted at a good price. The staff was very friendly. The unit I was in was very dated. (Built in the early 80s with minimal updating beyond the TVs, refrigerator and microwave. The kitchen is very small, but there is a separate wet bar that can be used as staging for the kitchen. Lots of steps, not ADA friendly.
