Fantastic Oceanfront Unit on Ground Floor! Spacious and Updated Polo Beach 107

Experience true paradise and stunning ocean views from the lanai as you sip on your morning coffee! Stroll along the world famous Wailea Beach Path, enjoy fantastic snorkeling at uncrowded Polo Beach or unwind and sunbathe at the ocean front pool and jacuzzi.

This immaculate 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom accommodation is a slice of heaven. This unit features beautiful and tasteful furnishings, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with an open floor plan, stainless steel appliances, tile floors throughout, and a fabulous lanai to watch the sunset and take in the beauty of Maui.

This unit accommodates up to six guests and features a king-sized bed in the Primary Bedroom, two twin beds in the Guest Bedroom which can also be made into a King, and a very comfortable sleeper sofa bed in the living area. The Primary Bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, and there is also a second full guest bathroom. There is central air conditioning and wireless internet access throughout.

The Polo Beach Club is situated in the resort community of Wailea, offering world-class dining and shopping options all nearby at the different resorts and The Shops at Wailea. The Polo Beach property features a pool and jacuzzi tub for guest use. There are also communal BBQ grills on-site and an herb garden to enjoy.

Upon arrival, you’ll find a white and blue parking pass in the unit for your vehicle. If you have a second vehicle, please stop by the AOAO office on-site for further instructions on where to park, as availability may vary depending on occupancy levels. Failure to park in designated areas may result in fines and towing.

Polo Beach Club

We really enjoyed staying at Polo Beach. The beach & pool is a very short walk. No walking downhill for any amenity. Neither the beach or pool was crowded. Parking was easy & the private gated garage was worry free. We already plan to return to Polo Beach Club next year.

This unit was beautiful and everything we could hope for. The property has it’s own sandy beach and with this unit on the main floor we were just a 30 second walk from the beautiful beach. There is a path that links this property to the rest of Wailea Beach so we could take beautiful walks to the Four Seasons. Grand Wailea, the Marriott and beyond. The unit is modern and beautifully decorated. Beach chairs were provided in the Lanai. Parking was easy and free. We were two couples staying, each with a car. The office provided a free parking card for the second car. The rooms had automatic rolling shades over all of the glass doors and windows that opened with the touch of a button. It was quiet and peaceful. We ordered groceries and food to the property several times without any problems. A word to anyone with an injury or disability. The entrance door opened next to the second bedroom that had two beds and its adjacent bathroom. However, there is one single step down to the living room, kitchen, master bedroom and the doors to the beach. Not a problem for us but possibly an issue to someone in a wheelchair. We have been to Maui three times in the last two years and this was by far the best place we have stayed. Huge kitchen with large island, a large living room with modern comfortable furniture, large smart TV’s in each room with cable TV access, all the streaming channels and a separate Apple TV streaming box attached to the main family room TV. Best..Trip..Ever!!!

Play in Paradise!!

We came back to the very same condo we stayed in three years ago!! The placeIs just a walk down the steps to the beach! The condo is well equipped for all our needs. We think the master bedroom mattress needs an upgrade, but everything else was wonderful!!

Perfect location!

Awesome location, would definitely stay here again sometime! Condo was very clean and everything worked well (AC, dishwasher, washer/dryer, hot shower). Door/gate codes provided. Hot tub is nice, pool is also a nice temperature, warm enough to swim indefinitely. Super convenient to have a ground floor unit so the kids could walk right out the patio door to the pool/beach. Also nice to dump sandy gear right on the lanai without taking into the unit! No complaints from us about being a northside unit that doesn't get sun as another reviewer noted, because it meant that the sun was never blazing in through the unit windows! And besides the beach itself, and the pool itself, there are also lounge chairs outside the pool area and on the north condo grass, so that there were plenty of places to sit in the sun and watch the ocean comfortably. Condo location is nice, directly on Polo Beach which seemed less crowded than some other beaches and is connected to the paved beachfront walking path that goes all the way north to Mokapu beach so easy to walk down the coast and see the different beaches and resorts, or walk to dinner at a nearby fancy resort etc. Also a very short 0.3mile walk/drive south from Polo Beach to Palauea beach where we saw multiple turtles and easy snorkling. Polo Beach itself was also very nice, sandy shallow entry, some days 3-4ft waves good for bodyboarding, some days smaller waves. Overall great for families or kid free, would definitely stay here again!

I love the Polo Beach club overall. The unit I stayed in this time was definitely not as nice as some others. Furniture was old and super cheap looking, for the price they could easily upgrade and greatly improve the overall experience. Kitchen is stocked but again everything old and cheap looking. Not so impressed this time.

Amazing Property

First things first, after having seen the other units, this is probably the best or at worst 2nd best unit in the entire building! The unit was very clean when we arrived and contained every amenity I could think of, even including dishes for young kids! It was well stocked with kitchen appliances, pots/pans, you name it! Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards as well. The Beach Club grounds are immaculately kept and gorgeous. The pool and hot tub are clean and a delight to swim in. But by far what makes this such an amazing place to stay is the proximity to a wonderful beach. Right out the back door, less than 50 feet away is an amazing beach. So easy to pop into the ocean or play on the beach and be back in the condo in an instant. Easy to make multiple trips to carry things back and forth. There is a beach shower to easily clean off sand, and if you got cold, there's that amazing hot tub right there! If I had any criticism, and it's barely worth mentioning... There is no bathtub, for adults or kids. 10/10, 5/5 stars. It perhaps wasn't cheap, but what you get is the highest quality.

Beautiful beach front condo.

The condo location was great! Beautiful, an older well maintained property right on the beach. It was also in a great location. The condo was very nice, clean, well stocked. The only complaint would be the master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced. It was like sleeping on coils. Anytime my husband even moved an inch the whole mattress wobbled and woke me up, and vice versa. The second bedroom mattresses were a little better but my sister complained her back hurt. The condo had beach chairs, beach umbrella, even boogie boards.

Cut short by fires

Condo very nice and view and beach wonderful! Arrived and next day smelled smoke but had MO idea about fires on Maui. Actually found out when looking at planned drive the next day on our phones at dinner. Went back to condo to find local mews and were not sure what to do. Visitors were ask to leave so we planned to depart. Restaurants and shops started to close. Unfortunately only able to enjoy 2 days and 3 nights. Those were stressful.

Polo beach club ground unit review

Everything was wonderful in 107. The only things I could think of that could be improved was the fact that when we left we had many different kinds of unopened food/drink. I wish there were a way to pay it forward or a local food bank that the polo beach club could donate to in order to reduce waste as we had to throw it all away even if unopened.

Gorgeous views, relaxing stay

This unit was conveniently located on the first floor with the lanai facing the beach. We were able to walk out of our patio door, across the lawn and directly down to the beach or to the pool. The condo was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed morning coffee and lunches on the lanai between trips to the beach and pool. The pool was lovely. The beach space was great, but the waves are more suitable for boogie boarding that swimming. It was fun to watch from the shore and we could hear the waves crashing in our bedroom each night as we went to sleep. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location with OK unit

We stayed here at the end of August for a week and loved the location. It was great being on the ground floor and having an easy walk to a gorgeous beach and really nice pool. Our kids loved running outside on the grass and rinsing off their feet with the showers by the beach and pool. I would definitely stay in this complex again but would hesitate to book the same unit because it had a musty smell that we noticed right away upon arrival; it got better with the windows open -- I think it may have been in the A/C unit. The A/C unit is really noisy (and musty smelling) so we didn't run it at night and it did get really warm. There are no screens on the windows in the second bedroom and we didn't want to leave them open with no screen at night, so we had no A/C on and windows closed in there at night. The ceiling fan helped but it was still warm and not much air there. There were a few other little details like the handle on the dryer came off every time I opened it, and same with a towel holder -- came off the wall when I dried my hands on the towel. The tile in the master shower needs some re-caulking because it had some moldy areas. For this price point, I have higher expectations around these details. Overall, we loved the location but not so much the unit itself.

The pictures online do NOT represent the actual furniture or bedding. Very disappointing that it was not Hawaiian style. That’s one of the main reasons it was chosen. Complained to property management who NEVER responded back.

Perfect stay

We stayed in this beautiful condo for one week. The property is beautiful, the beach clean and quiet. The condo itself was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking simple meals. Being on the ground floor and looking out on to the grounds makes you feel as though you are in a private house. The view of the ocean from the lanai was great. The owners left 4 beach chairs for our use that we took down to the beach every morning with our coffee. Heavenly stay, recommend 100%.
