This was a very nice place to call home for a week while in Kihei. House was spotless, and easy to find and check in to. Great instructions for all the questions we might have, and just a perfect location across from the beach. Hope to stay again!

Perfect location, very walkable, felt very safe and really good amenities! There were beach accessories to use, chairs, umbrellas, cooler and towels which was so awesome! We loved being able to cook in the kitchen and drink our coffee on the balcony. Would visit again and I definitely recommend this place.

An excellent location with the beach just ½ block away. We loved that the condo supplied beach chairs and a cooler for our daily treks to the beach. We really enjoyed the onsite pool and hot tub as well. Many of the people staying at the condo frequently used the BBQs provided.

Condo is in a great location, close to the beach, shops, restaurants, food trucks. Good spot to base yourself in to see the rest of the island. Condo was clean and as described. We had a few minor issues related to the recent storm that occurred while we were there and the host was super fast to address any concerns and the communication was great. Would definitely stay again!

Great place

Aside from the umbrella being too small to provide shade for more than 2 people, we enjoyed our stay and thought the location was great.

We had a great trip in Maui, and the location of this property was excellent. The apartment is cute, parking was easy, and we really appreciated the beach gear and towels that were provided. We appreciated the offer for early check in.The property could benefit from some maintenance and updates. One of the kitchen cabinet doors unexpectedly broke when we opened it on our first use. and the sliding door to the balcony was difficult to open and close because the metal frame appears old and worn. It would be a good idea to have these items inspected and repaired for safety and convenience.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and especially loved the convenient location.

This was our family's first trip to Hawaii, and we honestly feel like we lucked out choosing this place for our stay! I almost want this place to stay as a hidden gem :)Communication with the host was easy via email, the property was clean had all the cutleries and amenities a family could ask for. Good location to any famous spots on the island. 100% Recommended.

Just a short walk to the beach with chairs and a cooler provided. The host responded quickly when I had a question. The property is overall in good condition but there are some minor things that need to be fixed such as the cabinet hinges and the curtains. Very quite and clean property/complex.

Amazing property in Kihei

We had a great time in Kihei! This property is right in the middle of everything! Walking distance to the beach, shops and plenty of food options. Be sure to check out Maui Gelato in the Dolphin Plaza and Maui Cinnamon Roll in the plaza 1/2 a block east. We appreciated the beach equipment that is supplied by the owner. Beach chairs and the umbrella were greatly appreciated by the whole family:)

Nice location, walking distance to the beach, dining etc. The building is not ADA friendly and stairs are unavoidable for all units.

Amazing Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time staying at this fun condo! It’s decorated so perfectly for a Maui vacation. I loved the surf vibes with the bright, openness of the condo. My husband and I stayed in the loft area, which we found very comfortable. There is even a desk up there which makes checking work emails comfortable... but I tried not to do that on vacation! The beach across the street is beautiful and an easy walk. Lots of good dining nearby too! Big shoutout to the friendly management team! We hope to come back and vacation through them again as soon as possible!!

KIhei Alii Kai Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the location, the quietness, and the facility. We do recommend the following: 1. Better identify the remotes with labels and a written description for use, 2. Change out the mattress in the bedroom, way too soft. 3. Better identify the AC unit operations with labels and written descriptions.4. Be honest about the description of the unit, it's a one bedroom with a loft and a sofa bed.
