The condo is located on the first row of condos right on the 10th hole of the Blue Golf Course, next door to the Club House and the new Wailea Village Shopping Center. It's in the heart of the resort community of Wailea, across the street from the Shops at Wailea and the Grand Wailea. The unit has been completely renovated with spacious and open floor plan with 20 ft. cathedral ceiling. Just a few minute walk from coffee shops, great restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and some of the world's BEST beaches!

This is a vacation rental, or a home away from home. We provide you with all of the entry and exit instructions for self checkin/checkout for your convenient in your confirmation, and allow you privacy during your stay. It comes with a full stocked kitchen with all necessary cookware, utensils, paper towels, place matts, cloth napkins, spice rack, and other kitchen amenities for your use. Linens and other essentials are also included. We will also provide you beach chairs, beach towels, and beach umbrellas. You can reach us either through the owner or a local contact on the island if anything is needed. There are two entrances into the townhouse for upstairs and downstairs. There is also a pool right up from the condo.

Interaction with guests:

After booking, your checkin information will be sent to you 3 days prior to your arrival with a lock code to checkin. You will not need to check in with us. If you need anything, we are always available by phone, text, or email.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was as advertised, was clean, and offered everything we needed. Check-in was easy, the complex was beautiful, and the location was perfect. We have been to Maui many times and would love to stay here again.

The host & her home were wonderful. She was always quick to respond to any questions I had. The townhouse had everything we needed for vacation near the beach (chairs, coolers, towels, etc). But even better is that she also provided everything we needed for the house without needing to buy anything. There was plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, paper towel, plastic wrap, tin foil, etc. The townhouse is in a great location, very close to an upscale mall with stores, restaurants and a gourmet market where shopped every day for quick delicious grab & go food! My only complaint is the AC unit downstairs in the master bedroom is old & loud. It’s located next to the head of the bed so it woke us up every single night when it would kick on/off. Its also in the bottom of the wall and since there is no remote, you have to basically lay on the ground to adjust the temp. Luckily the AC unit upstairs in the kitchen/living room was newer so had a remote, was quiet and worked great.

This place was absolutely amazing! It had everything we needed to make our experience perfect. The split air conditioning helped regulating temperatures in various rooms based on individual preferences. The fact that it was within walking distance from the grocery store and many restaurants was super helpful! We drove less than five minutes to three superb beaches (Wailea, Pobo, and Paulea) and we had no issues finding public parking there. We swam with the turtles at Paulea Beach (our new favorite). The host was very attentive and accommodating and easily available for any questions. She allowed us a late check out for which we were so grateful since we travelled with my elder parents and our plane was a bit later in the day. I definitely recommend this place and plan to come back in the future! Diana C.

Great location and great place

We enjoyed staying here - pictures reflect the house well. Upstairs balcony was great to take a nap or look at the ocean, it’s a great view and you have good privacy as well since the unit is in a corner. We appreciated the amount of cookware available , there wasn’t anything missing. As a family of 5 adults and 2 young kids we felt the place was very large and having 3 showers was great after beach everyday. Hien was very responsive to any questions we had and even allowed us to check out a little later because we had a later flight. We liked living here for the week and would book again if we came back. It is within walking distance to the beach but we have small kids and drove - it’s about a 5 minute drive to the nearest beach. We generally got to the beach by 9:30am and never had any issues finding a parking spot for beach public access parking lots. The unit’s Parking lot is about 10 steps away from the unit, that was very convenient. The area is next to a shopping center (about 3 minute walk) if you need coffee or breakfast.

Family Spring Break

Spent the week here with our family and an exchange student from Italy. Likely the only time exchange student will visit due to distance and this did not disappoint! Great location, easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and beaches. Host was exceptional in every way! Condo was clean and had all needed items. Very accommodating for our late departure. Would stay here again!!

New Year Getaway to Wailea

This condo unit is at the end of the block, overlooking the golfcourse and views of the ocean from the upper lanai. We were there New Year's Eve and were treated to view of the fireworks from the Grand Wailea event! The unit is clean and comfortable with 2 bedrooms on the lower level and a large living area upstairs with a pull-out sofa if required for extra guests. Kitchen and bathrooms have been recently updated and the unit was freshly painted (no 'old brown' to be seen anywhere). Hien was a gracious host and very responsive to any of our questions. The complex is located next to a shopping village and a short walk to the upmarket shops at Wailea and the various resort hotels and beachwalk trail are all close by . . . we didn't need our car most of the time we were there. Great for families since it's spacious and has 2 patio areas (and a laundry room which was convenient).

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in Wailea

Wir verbrachten in dem gerĂ€umigen, sauberen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus schöne Ferientage am Ende einer Hawaii-Rundreise. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend direkt am Golfplatz. Restaurants, Shops und StrĂ€nde sind fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Ideal fĂŒr Strandurlaub und / oder Golfer. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin Hien ist großartig. Sie reagiert sehr schnell auf alle Anfragen. Wir können das Ferienhaus uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiterempfehlen.

Memories for life

A return trip to Maui from our honeymoon there 21 years later, this time with our two boys. Townhome is beautiful with lots of room, watching the sunrise from Lanai looking out over #10 green of Wailea Blue golf course with view of ocean and Molokini not too far away
stunning. Great location with countless beaches and restaurants all close by. We’d go back every year if we could!

Condo in Paradise

We loved our stay in Wailea at Hien’s condo! We loved sitting out on the large patio in the morning taking in the gorgeous view of the ocean. It was whale season and we could see them jumping out of the water! Coffee shops, restaurants and beaches are a 1-10 min walk away which was very convenient. Hien provided great lists of restaurants and things to do in the area and was always quick to respond with any questions we had. The king beds in the bedrooms worked out great and were comfy. We used the beach chairs, toys and towels provided, and the kitchen was well stocked. There was a big Kleenex box in every bathroom along with plenty of toilet paper which I always appreciate! We would definitely stay at this condo again!

A perfect family home

My family and I had an absolutely enjoyable time at Hein's beautiful Maui rental. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the immaculate cleanliness and the stunning furniture that adorned the house. Communication with Hien was a breeze, as she provided us with all the necessary information about the home in advance. The accommodation was more than accommodating, offering plenty of space for our family of eight. The well-stocked kitchen supplies made meal preparation a breeze, and we appreciated having everything we needed right at our fingertips. The highlight of the house was undoubtedly the lanai, which offered a breathtaking view of the ocean. Spending time there was a treat and a memorable experience for all of us. One of the best things about the rental was its organization and ease of navigation. Everything was conveniently arranged, making it effortless to find what we needed. It felt like a home away from home, and we couldn't have asked for more in terms of amenities. The house was fully equipped with everything our family needed to have a fantastic vacation. Highly recommend this property!

Our families had such a wonderful time staying at Hien’s property. Hien was always so quick to respond to my messages and very polite. She even made sure to check in on us. The property itself is in such a convenient location to all the beautiful beaches and great eats! We enjoyed the view every morning from the upstairs lanai eating our breakfast from Sugar Beach Bake Shop and Akamai Coffee and Honolulu Coffee (both coffee shops are walking distance from the rental). The property was very clean. Kitchen is updated and fully stocked. We loved that she provided beach chairs/umbrellas/toys/mats/towels so that we didn’t need to rent them. Both bedrooms were clean and spacious (room with 2 king beds was convenient for our friends who had 2 toddlers with them!) and the sofa bed was perfect for my teen son! When we come back to Maui, I would DEFINITELY rent this property again!

Amazing location, great condo

We really enjoyed Hien's place. The condo was updated, and very clean. The furnishings and everything that was supplied was great. The location is amazing and in very close proximity to Wailea beach. We can't wait to return.

Amazing location, views, and all the comforts of home

Amazing location. Spectacular views. All the comforts of home and very comfy towels and bedding. We stayed with 3 teens and had a ton of space to spread out. Beds are extremely comfortable and the condo is impeccably clean and well maintained. We would definitely come back to visit again! The beach chairs and towels and extras were great to have too! Wish we could have stayed longer but now on to Kona! Would recommend to friends and family.

A piece of paradise

We did not want to leave this place! Thank you, Hien for allowing us to stay at your beautiful property. The condo was well stocked, clean, and super convenient to many shoppes and beaches. The pool on the property was quiet, clean, and the views are amazing. If you are looking for a place to vacation in Wailea grab this property up if it’s available. Plenty of parking is available. We had 5 adults in our party with more than enough space and privacy. Mahalo!
