CANCELLATION POLICY UPDATE:
1. COVID-19 Cancellation Policy: Assuming a guest is unable to travel due to a positive COVID Test taken within 72 hours of travel OR a government imposed/mandated travel ban, cancelations will be processed as follows: âą REFUNDS: If a guest cancels their reservation and IPM is able to resell any of the guestâs reservation dates, IPM will issue a cash refund, upon receipt, for all dates that are resold. âą CREDITS: Assuming a guest cancels their reservation within 60 days of arrival and choses to forgo a refund per the terms mentioned above, IPM will issue a credit on all monies paid based on the below terms and conditions: o Credits shall not expire o Your future reservation must be placed in the same Villa that was originally booked o Rate differences for future reservation dates may apply
2. Non-COVID Related Cancelations: For cancelations unrelated to COVID, Island Property Management will attempt to rent the unit during the specified contract period. Assuming the Villa rents for an amount equal to, or greater than, the stipulated contract amount, all client funds will be returned upon receipt by Island Property Management. Assuming the Villa rents for an amount less than the stipulated contract amount, client will be issued payment of said lesser amount (as REFUND IN FULL) by Island Property Management. Assuming the unit fails to rent, NO REFUND will be granted. Although not guaranteed, assuming the guest cancels within 60 days of arrival, the property will typically re-rent for the canceled dates thereby allowing the guest to receive a full refund.
3. Travel Insurance: Assuming you need a cancellation policy that offers refunds, we have priced our units so that you may purchase travel. The price of our Villas, together with the travel insurance policy, are still less expensive than 90% of our competitors. We price our Villas in this manner to provide options to our guests as most guests prefer to forgo insurance and utilize the existing Cancellation Policy + pay the lower price.
4. Moving Dates: We can usually accommodate all guest date change requests that occur 90 days or more before arrival, with the movement of reservation dates to the following year. Everything was as advertised. Location was close to beaches and shops. Property was clean and well maintained with an awesome view of the ocean. Couldn't have asked for more for 4 adults and 3 young children.
We had previously stayed at this unit and were lucky to be able to enjoy the property again. It's a beautiful unit, a fantastic location close to the pool, and the owner was great to work with. Mahalo!
I rented this condo for a family vacation with my kids and grandkids. It was spacious enough for everyone to spread out and the kitchen /living area was perfect to gather for meals and hang out. When you open the patio doors it incorporates the balcony into the living space which was really nice.
The location to the pool is convenient, especially with little kids. The pool is beautiful, has 2 jacuzzis, water filling station, ice dispenser and nice restrooms.
Everything was as described (even better). Communication was super easy. Perfect location. Feels more like a house than a condo. My grandkids cried when we had to leave. My family can't wait to go back.
Our stay was absolutely outstanding. The accommodations were excellent, the facilities were top notch, and the location to the beach was perfect! We truly enjoyed everything about our stay here.
Beautiful condo in a great location with wonderful amenities
This beautiful condo has spectacular ocean views from a massive lanai accessed via 6-pane slider glass doors where we watched the sunset every day. We really enjoyed the 3 suites each with en-suite bathrooms, nice kitchen, and high end furniture throughout the condo. Access to the condosâ shared pool (with a waterfall and zero-depth pool) and two hot tubs was a short walk from the front door. A 10-minute walk cutting through the Grand Waileaâs gorgeous property brought us to the beach every day. The oversized garage was even big enough to fit the Suburban that we rented. We couldnât have asked for much more from this property. There were even a few beach toys and folding chairs for guests to use.

Very warm pool and two hot Jacuzzi's. Has a great area next to the pool for toddlers, it has a sandy bottom and just a few inches of water and very warm, the kids loved it. The pool also had waterfalls which the kids loved to.
For those without kids, don't worry, the pool and Jacuzzi's weren't crowded at all.
The lanai is large and has a nice view of the ocean including the sunsets over the ocean.
For our toddlers we rented pack and plays. Just beware of a large staircase going downstairs, fortunately our little ones listened to us to only go downstairs with Mom and Dad.
Wonderful vacation spot. The accommodations for our party of 6 (3 couples) were great. Lovely views from the lanai. Well equipped. Easy walk to the beach.
