Experience the ultimate beachfront getaway at the Kihei Beach Resort unit 201, located on the stunning Sugar Beach of North Kihei. This beautifully appointed second-floor unit offers breathtaking panoramic views and convenient access to the beach and pool. The spacious living room boasts incredible vistas and a dining area that flows seamlessly into the well-equipped kitchen. The master and guest bedrooms feature king-size beds, and ample space for the whole family.

For additional guests, a sofa sleeper is available in the living room. With two separate bathrooms and central A/C, comfort and convenience are paramount. Step out onto the expansive private lanai and soak in the mesmerizing ocean views and vibrant Maui sunsets. Laundry facilities are conveniently located on the 3rd and 5th floors. Complimentary parking for one vehicle is provided for each unit.

The Kihei Canoe Club is next door to the resort. Watching the canoes during practices or races is a cool diversion most other resorts can’t offer. On Tuesdays & Thursdays, they offer visitors an opportunity to paddle out with them ($40 donation) so worth it!

Perfect spot to explore and enjoy Maui

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was comfortable for our family of four. The beds were great and the kitchen well stocked. Guide books in the living room helped us plan our excursions, and the location made it easy and quick to get to restaurants and beaches. We also appreciated having access to beach chairs, umbrella and coolers (with cooler packs in the freezer!). The property managers were prompt and friendly in their communications. We never had a problem, but be aware that the pool is right below the condo so noisy kids/adults could be an issue. We would definitely stay here again.Mahalo!

Great location

The condo was a great choice for us. The location was perfect. Close to everything. Coffee shop, snow cone, abc mart and market was across the street. The property was right on the beach. Condo had everything you needed. We would definitely stay again. The only thing I would recommend would be more lighting.

Well appointed and clean. Plenty of room for the three of us, four would be fine, five would work as well. Very close to the beach, not crowded at all and quiet, yet only a mile or two from "downtown Kihei" . Would and have recommended to others

Wonderful stay except

Enjoyed the condo, very clean, location on S Kihei road excellent and fairly quiet. Only complaint was we did not have access to washer and dryer as was advertised in the amenities, supposedly units were broken but they looked new to us. That was very disappointing but would stay here again.

Not bad 3 out of 5 stars

As a family that travels a lot for work and leisure, we count on the accuracy of reviews when booking a stay. The apartment has great views with direct access to the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking pans and they even have beach supplies you can borrow(umbrella, chairs, cooler). The patio has a table for enjoying meals but we found that this could only be used early morning. Once evening approaches, you must close the sliding door because there are gnats that will enter the apartment. The cleanliness of the apartment is rated as a 3/5. The washer and dryer are not functional but they do have a onsite coin laundry. You are provided a hotel size shampoo/conditioner, so do count on providing your own. The communication with the host is exceptional and they address all your needs in a timely manner.

Excellent location. The unit is well kept and has all required amenities and appliances. Few things to improve - The dryer is a bit outdated and does not work well. It is unable to properly dry towels for instance. - AC unit works but is quite noisy. - Furniture is in working order but it is a bit outdated Overall this is an excellent place and I'd definitely rent it out again.

This property was perfect. Great location right on the beach with an ABC store, bakery, shaved ice and farmers market right across the road. Short drive to many awesome snorkeling beaches. We would definitely stay here again!

Condo 201

Condo 201was clean and stocked. The master bed was more comfortable than my bed at home. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The only complaints I have are that the dryer didn’t work and the stock of towels and washcloths was low. However, it wouldn’t stop me from staying in this exact condo again.
