Wonderful condo located in Kihei at the Kihei Alii Kai. This one bedroom, one bath completely remodeled condo is one of the larger condos on the ground floor at Kihei Alii Kai with 800+ square feet able to comfortably sleep 4 guests. This unit has easy access to the pool, barbecue area and the beach. This is a very quiet condo and located on the south coast of Maui with easy access to some of Maui’s best beaches.

A 2-minute walk to Kamaole Beach Park is perfect for swimming and snorkeling with its white sand and gentle waves. The beach has grassy, shaded picnic areas for enjoying a wonderful day at the beach. This beach is bordered by Kamaole Beaches II & III which stretch for nearly a mile, and you can see views of the West Maui mountains and excellent snorkeling opportunities.

If fine dining or shopping are your pleasures, there are several wonderful restaurants within walking distance as well as the shops at Wailea, some of the most beautiful and exclusive shopping in Hawaii, within a 10-minute drive. Also located within 15 minutes are some of Hawaii’s top championship golf courses.

The condo has several amenities and features including Cable TV, wireless internet, full kitchen with utensils provided, provided linens, inside laundry, pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and much more.

Condo was immaculate and conveniently located near restaurants, shols, and the beach. The environment was just right that we did not have the need to turn on the air conditioning. We absolutely enjoyed the privacy of the lanai every sunrise and sunset.

Beautiful, Clean & Quiet

The unit is beautiful. The pictures are accurate, but even better in person. The pool, spa and bbq area are beautiful, clean and quiet. The unit has everything needed for our stay with the exception of a can opener. The air conditioner works perfectly. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The living room is spacious and the patio area is peaceful. The building is quiet and clean! A 10 out of 10!!!

Heavenly in Hawaii

This condo is beautifully updated and we absolutely love the location. We spend the majority of our time in Kihei and Kam beaches are our faves. Most everything is within walking distance. It was fantastic to have beach chairs, boogie boards and snorkel gear to use. We love Kihei and hope to stay here again next time.

Great place to stay in Maui!

We stayed here for 5 days on our honeymoon and it had everything we could’ve asked for including beach chairs, snorkel equipment, cooler, etc. it was very clean, too. It’s in walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Wonderful to work with

Unfortunately we were unable to stay at this lovely unit due to damage in the unit above which affected our stay. Nacole took every step possible to ensure we had a unit to stay in when we landed in Hawaii. Great communication on her part. She set us up in an alternate hotel for two nights and managed to find us a unit for the remaining nights. While the new unit had some issues (nothing to do with Nacole) we appreciated her efforts to take care of us. We would love to stay at Nacole's unit the next time we visit Kihei.

Great place to stay, location was close to everything. (beaches, Wailea golf, shopping, restaurants) Really enjoyed the extras, like the beach gear and cooler bag. Nicole went above and beyond. We had a rocky start because I was overtired when arrived and mixed up check in instructions. Even though it was mid evening for her, she calmed me down and walked us through it. Location is great for what we wanted to do. Seemed like less than 39 minutes to anywhere except for HANA. ;)

Modern base to explore Kihei

Updated modern apartment with everything you could need. Close to beaches and resturants. Has some very thoughtful features, really enjoyed the use of beach chairs and toys. It is in a nice quiet complex.

LOVED our stay at Kihei Alii Kai!

The condo is exactly as described. Very updated and comfortable! The kitchen is supplied very well, we did not need anything! Four beach towels, cooler bags, beach chairs, umbrella and a boogie board (only one though), were available for beach days! Kihei Alii Kai is in the perfect location in the heart of Kihei. Close to beaches, shopping and a lot of restaurants, bakeries, coffee, shaved ice spots! The condo’s pool is clean, lots of pool chairs and a nice shaded BBQ area! The pool washrooms/showers are a nice touch to not have to run back to your room! The lanai at the condo was perfectly shaded all day which we really liked! No beating hot sun during Happy Hour! The only negative for us was that the bed is VERY firm. It could use a plush mattress topper to help provide a more comfortable sleep! We would definitely stay again!

For Lahaina
