Kihei Bay Vista B 203- One bedroom One Bathroom quiet garden view

Kihei Bay Vista is a low rise island style complex across from a long sandy stretch of beach. The beach is perfect for walks, sunset watching or just relaxing. At certain times it is a popular spot to watch the kite surfers ride the waves and sail through the air! The kitchen is well equipped and set up for easy meal preparation. The bedroom has vaulted ceilings and a queen size bed. The sleeper sofa in the living area has a memory foam mattress. There is a flat panel TV and free WiFi. The bathroom was remodeled in 2018. The beautiful pool area is perfect for relaxing in the tropical sunshine. There is an A/C unit in the living room and a washer/dryer in the apartment. Kihei Bay Vista is close to Kihei's shopping centers and restaurants.

At this property we provide beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach cooler. We suggest renting beach toys (such as snorkel gear, paddle boards, boogie boards, etc) from one of the many rental companies on Maui.

The host was absolutely wonderful, She always responded in a timely manner. The condo was very clean stocked with amenities. And we left the condo just as clean as we found it. We always have good experience staying at these condos and always try to stay here every time we come to Maui.

Clean, beautiful property! Condo has an older smell to it and bedroom blind frustrating as it would not open. Not all windows have screens and harder to open for air flow. A good selection of fans. Kitchen had everything in it. Some elements on stove did not work. Quiet unit and patio looks to pool and was quite lovely to have morning coffee. Right across road to beach.

Spacious 1b1b in a great location. Everything was clean and kitchen had all utensils and was very well thought out. They even had boogie boards and snorkel kits for the guests to use, which was such a pleasant surprise and super useful! The swimming pool in the community is also well maintained and a great amenity!

203B Kihei Bay Vista

We had stayed in this unit previously, so we knew exactly what we were getting. This unit is value priced and not fancy but gives you exactly what you need. Location is amazing; it's a very quiet complex, with a lovely beach that is just across the street. The complex is centrally located for going anywhere on the island and is a short drive to shops and restaurants in Kihei. If you are looking for basic inexpensive unit this is it!
