Kihei Bay Vista #C-106 is a garden view 1 Bd / 1 Ba first floor unit. It has air conditioning window unit in the living room only, a full kitchen, a California king pillow top bed and a queen sofa bed. TVs with high-definition service and Blu-ray players in both the living room and bedroom. Free calls to the US mainland and Canada, free wireless Internet. Full kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher, auto-drip coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker. Kihei Bay Vista #C-106 features cherry wood kitchen cabinets, Corian window sills, and a 15,000 BTU air conditioner (living room only). Sleeps 4.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.

Kihei Bay Vista is a wonderful property. It is located in Kihei Maui, just steps from the ocean. It has a pool and hot tub, gas grills for your use as well as an outdoor dining area. This property is one of the great finds for the price in Kihei. All units are 1 bedroom 1 bath so the property has a relaxed and quiet atmosphere about it. Guests come to this property year after year as they have found it a great home away from home. Kihei Bay Vista is just across the street from the Whale Sanctuary and a very long stretch of beach. Windsurf, whale watch, walk the beach and enjoy unbelievable sunsets. The Kihei Bay Vista is centrally located to shops, restaurants, activities and is a short drive to the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena.

Stayed here to attend a family wedding at the Grand Wailea. It was a good location.

We enjoyed packing a lunch and using the supplied cooler to take along. Beach towels supplied were also helpful. We took day trips to Kula and Makawao, went to the Botanical garden. All very convenient from the condo. We made trips to the beach as well- Visited Nalu’s for dinner one night and breakfast another day- good food!! Kraken coffee was great😊

First Time In Hawaii

This rental was great! There was a lot of room and they provided a lot of extra items useful for going to the beach such as chairs, towels and toys. It was nice having a washer and dryer as well. We had no problems except for a couple things in the kitchen were not cleaned all the way. Some of the kitchen towels and dishware had crumbs on them. But that was an easy clean. I would still definitely recommend this place and I would stay here again!

Fantastic Experience

I stayed in unit C106 in Kihei Bay Vista and I LOVED my time there! The property is quietly located toward the north end of Kihei. There is a pool onsite but also what basically amounts to a private beach right across the street. It was incredibly sparsely populated when I was there in mid-june. The pictures are accurate although the layout of the furniture is slightly different. WiFi and TV all worked and there were plenty of small kitchen appliances/dishes/fridge/etc. I couldn't think of a single thing I wanted to use that they didn't have inside or outside the condo. My sole "complaint" which probably wouldn't be a problem for most people is that the A/C located in the main living room supplies the entire condo with cool air. I prefer to sleep cold and I found that the air did not reach the bedroom in the back to the extent that would have preferred. The fan was effective and I just slept on top of the covers. I will DEFINITELY re-stay if/when I make it back to Hawaii!

The condo was neat, clean, and well stocked with kitchen appliances. The property was well maintained. The condo was across the street from a small sandy beach where we enjoyed daily walks. Restaurants, shops and other beaches were within driving distance.

Great place in Kihei

This was a good condo for my wife and I. We stayed there for 11 days. The location was good and close to coffee shops and restaurants. Very clean and had what we needed. Minor issue which you will see from other reviewers as well the bedroom can get hot. They had placed extra fans but on some days it did not help. Not a big deal to us though. We would definitely stay here again.

A very nice long stay

We stayed at Kihei Bay Vista for about 4 weeks in July. The property is centrally located and very convenient. The unit is clean and enjoyable. Kitchen hardware is plenty and fully functional. We also appreciate the beach toys and chairs. Overall we would highly recommend!

This place was at a great location for us to go and see the different parts of the island. The apartment was clean and had many useful amenities. We ended up extending our stay for one more night and it was very easy to extend our stay. Overall a very positive experience.

The condo was clean and nicely updated. Location was great. Directly across the street is the beach where turtles like to hang out. I called the manager to let them know that there is a slow leak on the tub faucet, the tall fan in the bedroom makes a loud noise when it runs and sounds like a bearing is going out so we couldn’t use it. Other than that it was a great stay.
