We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is fantastic with quick and easy access to the beach, and for the value, it’s hard to beat. The unit itself was recently renovated and looked great. Very clean and nicely finished. The location is in a central area to other popular spots on the island. This is walkable to Ululanis, sugar beach bake shop, and abc stores right across the street!One thing to note is that since the property is undergoing renovations, there were times during the day when renovations next door got a bit loud. We weren’t informed of this beforehand, which wasn’t a huge issue, but it would have been nice to know in advance.That said, the communication and customer service more than made up for it. The property manager was wonderful and very friendly, met us upon arrival, walked us through the unit, and even shared helpful recommendations for the area. This is exactly how businesses should be ran with excellent customer communication. Susan, Lorelei, Angelina and another gentleman who called a month before our arrival to walk us through the step by step check in process were all amazing. They were always quick to respond and helpful. Truly top notch.Overall, we loved the area, enjoyed the unit, and would definitely recommend it, especially once the renovations are complete!

Perfect

This was the perfect place to enjoy Maui. And it's no mistake that the first picture of this property is the view from the balcony - it is perfect and watching the sunsets from here is amazing. The unit was clean, cute and the perfect size for 2 people. If you are unfortunate like me and have to do some work during your stay, the desk is even placed right next to the balcony entrance so you can gaze out over the ocean while you check your emails. The pool is nice and the location on the beach is even nicer - great for early morning or sunset walks. The size of the property doesn't allow for a lot of people to stay here, which is nice too. Loved that there was a bakery, shaved ice, farmer's market and ABC store right across the street. It was also fun to watch the members from the canoe club next door do their thing each morning and evening - those folks are in good shape! I really can't say enough good things about this place. It is the perfect Maui getaway especially if you aren't into the crowds in the "resort bubble". I miss it already!

Very enjoyable yet quiet location

The building itself is a little older 6 story structure. It is very well maintained. The unit we had has been renovated and is very nice. It is well appointed with everything you need. The management group is not on-site but they communicated very well. The beach is terrific. The parking worked out very well. The building itself is on a busy and rather noisy road, however and the building is well insulated and you really do not hear the road noise from within the building. This unit was on the top floor and the balcony has a set of glass doors at the one end. Those doors provide a sound barrier to the roof top air conditioning units. The balcony was very enjoyable, and offered beautiful views. The bed was comfortable as well as all of the furniture in the living space. The unit has a lot of mirrors and is very bright. It is very well suited for two people. For what ever reason, to access the ocean and pool side of this property, you need to go down to the front parking lot and walk around the side of the building to get to the ocean front. It seems as thought there was a ground floor office / reception at one time but it is closed and you can not walk through the building to access the ocean side. During our stay there was an incident where some guests got a little out of control, and it ran its course without on-site management / security. This is a quiet part of the area, with a small farmers market right across the street. Overall we were very happy with this location, with the unit and the folks that you deal with.

Peace and quiet

This was a great place to anchor. We were right on the beach with the penthouse condo. It is central in Maui so if you want the tourist stuff, 30 minutes to Lahaina. Hana Hwy? 30 minutes to get on it. Paia? 20 minutes. You want to enjoy the sound of the waves without the sounds of busy tourists? This is your place!

Quiet & Beautiful

This was our second condo during our stay on Maui. This location is outstanding! The grounds are well manicured and fantastic and the beach is just incredible! If your looking to be amongst the crowds, don’t stay here. We had a few things come up during our stay, but they were handled very quickly. Furniture and bed are very comfortable, thank you for the wonderful rental! Would love to return.

My husband and I rented this condo for 10 days in March 2020. The beach-front location is fabulous! The condo was very clean when arrived and the check-in process went smoothly. The condo had everything we needed for a most pleasant stay. We particularly enjoyed the lanai and spent many enjoyable hours enjoying the ocean view. Just a couple of notes for future renters to be aware of... the parking spaces are tight (we wished we had rented a smaller car) and the coin-operated laundry facilities are located one-floor down.

Great little place with a perfect view of the ocean. The facilities and room were clean and in great condition. It was very quiet too. The ocean was louder than any of the neighbors. The location is great too, being walking distance from the great little bakery. Perfect for malasadas and croissants in the morning. We’d definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed everything about our vacation! The location of our condo was perfect and it had easy beach access which allowed us to walk as far we wanted. Our balcony was perfect anytime of the day to enjoy the view and the sound of the waves. Condo is close enough to gift shops and restaurants but on the quieter side of town which we found relaxing. Across the street there is a farmers market that we enjoyed. Our weather was great with the exception of one rainy+windy day. We were very happy with #603 as it was our first time in Maui:) It was hard to come home after our trip but we can’t wait to return!!

Beautiful views!

The location of the property was wonderful. The sunset views, whale sightings and walkable beach were such a bonus. The property is very well appointed. We had everything we needed for cooking and for adventures to other beaches! We also appreciated the personal service and support if needed from Ali’i! We would highly recommend this property.

Way Beyond Expectations !

If you are going to Maui, first and foremost, choose Kihei, second grab this unit as it was awesome !! This was our first foray into condo rental and our first trip to Hawaii. The condo was top shelf, so well appointed. Our Alii Resorts rep met us even though we were on a later flight, briefed us fully, even had a box of wonderful chocolates and a decorative balloon congratulating us on our anniversary. They made sure that we had what we needed and more to the point were available to us at any time for whatever reason. The people at the Kihei Beach Resort were wonderful and welcoming .... always there with a smile and an answer to a quick question. This condo is a jewel and that is all that really needs to be said. Fantastic condo, relaxing location, incredible views

Great condo newly renovated with EVERYTHING furnished. Including beach towels, beach chairs and cooler. They thought of everything. Right on the beach. Enjoyed watching the locals in their canoes each day out front and long walks on that soft sand beach. Would definitely stay again; a relaxing experience. Ali’i Is a first class outfit and made us feel welcome.

Beachfront Maui perfection

We stayed here from March 9-27, and it was fantastic. Out of several trips to Maui over the years, this was our favorite location and unit. It sits directly on Sugar Beach, which is several miles long. The penthouse was immaculate, updated, and had a very well appointed kitchen. You can tell the owners take good care of this place. There is a 'starter' kit of dishwasher tablets, toilet paper and paper towels, which was appreciated. Views from the lanai are exactly what you go to Maui for - ocean, sand, palm trees and gentle trade winds. There's a bonus shared outdoor lanai space for suntanning or relaxing. The bed was very comfortable, and ceiling fans in the bedroom and kitchen helped keep things cool (along with the AC). We love beachfront living without having to go to a big resort. There are no parking fees, or other hidden fees when you rent here. Having the ABC store and Sugar Beach Bakery across the street was very convenient. Generally we found that this building attracts quiet, mature people, which was great. We will be returning!
