We had a very enjoyable & memorable stay. The unit was true to the photos and quite comfortable; perfect for the two of us. The views from the lanai were fabulous and we really enjoyed our morning coffee outside each day. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances & utensils, everything we needed, and we enjoyed the provided cooler, beach chairs & towels. Loved the location; couldn't be better. Nice Location

The location was nice and the view was very good. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked but inside the cabinets it smelled funny. The carpeting was gross and the air-conditioner did not work so it got very warm during the day and into the evening. Over all I would not recommend this unit until changes have been made.

Overall great. A bit wierd placement to kitchen. Directions were to the mailbox instead of the actual property. Frustrating start after 17 hr trip to get there and gps takes you to the mailbox instead of the unit, which is downhill from the mailbox and reachable by a different road.

Ekolu 312

Ekolu units vary a lot depending on the owners. This unit had a nice location and was sufficient for the two of us. I would suggest that in the future they get rid of the carpet and upgrade the AC. We stayed cool by keeping the shades closed during the day and not opening the windows. The place had a musty smell which I think was due to the carpets. It could use a deep clean (upper beams, ceiling fans and vent covers). We are picky about cleanliness, most people wouldn’t notice. The view was wonderful and everything worked. Overall it was great and we really enjoyed our stay. The property managers were awesome!

Check in / check out process was very smooth. The condo was clean and fully stocked with everything we’d need. Great ocean and golf views. Best spot to watch the sunset. 3 great coffee shops, grocery store, shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Overall, great place to stay, great views, and great location.

Views, views and views

This was our second stay in this unit. It is second floor (our preference) and has a view across the golf course fairway, over the Grand Wailea and to the ocean with Kahoolawe, Molokini and Lanai. Sunsets are a daily must-do event with a pog and rum on the lanai. The rooms are clean and comfortable. All the electronic gear you will want. They provide 2 Tommy Bahama chairs, towels and a cooler for the beach. Rent an umbrella for $15/wk at the shop behind the gas station and ABC store on the main drag in Kehei.

Awesome Spot

This condo was a fantastic place to stay. We loved the location and the views! The only negative is that because the windows are all west facing, it tended to get pretty hot in the afternoons if you didn't close the curtains. The AC units couldn't quite keep up. Honestly, it was worth it for those sunsets.

Enjoyed the location

The location was great for the price paid. It was within walking distance to the Shops of Wailea. The condo itself needed some minor TLC . The sofa bed was terrible and my 15 year old son complained of it being uncomfortable. The condo got the setting sun and was very hot in the evenings from about 4-9pm. We would go to the pool nightly to keep from being in the condo. I complained to management and they sent over 2 fans in addition to the one that was already there and the one I bought at Walmart. So there was a total of 4 fans not including the ceiling fan. Our living room was a bit windy with little to no relief. I would stay at this condo again but in a different season. There were some things the property did very well on despite the hot condo and dismissive management team. The grills were very clean and well maintained. The property’s landscaping was very well kept and we felt safe. The condo was clean when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans to prepare a home cooked meal.

Amazing Property

We stayed here having zero idea of Maui geography. We were a little skeptical at first; however, it was AMAZING!! You have great views of the golf course, trees, beach, ocean, island, etc! We are definitely staying here again next time we come back to Hawaii....and hopefully soon :) I would just say that if you are staying at buildings 1, 2, or 3...Siri doesn't really work the best... my recommendation would be to search for Akamai Coffee at Wailea Village or Manoli's Pizza Company. That will get you right in front of the buildings. Thank you again for the amazing condo!!!! RK

Beautiful Condo with the Best View of the Ocean

The pictures advertising this condo are exactly what it looks like. Such a peaceful relaxing atmosphere. I loved getting up in the morning and sitting on the Lanai with my coffee and enjoying the view. I will be back!

Great location...kitchen- Great for cooking and bed decent. AC filthy, We cleaned the filters. Carpet needed cleaning,smelled stale but okay once we started living in it. Need a Matt for kitchen floor. Lanai great view. Would rent again Not a 5 because of minor issues. Good for a couple with one child on sleeper sofa. Sleeper just okay so not for adults...quiet location...

Quiet..scenic...close to all amenities...

Nice property, private, scenic views , close to stores and Beaches... helpful and friendly staff...very quiet complex ... overlooks a fairway ... spectacular views of sunsets, the Molokini Crater, whales at play... the decor is a bit dated but welcoming... Both A/C units are functional , not much more than that.. Bar B Q at the unit works but hadn't been cleaned in what looked to be very a long time... we think the bed and pillows should be replaced as they are also functional at best...both showers can't be used at the same time as there is limited hot water when they are (unless it's a quick shower...really quick)... these observations aren't intended to eclipse the overall welcoming feeling of this unit and the many conveniences of its location including ease of access , friendliness of the staff and the pure bliss that is being in Wailea ... equally noteworthy is remembering the purpose of travelling to Hawaii is not staying indoors is it ? We enjoyed this unit, would consider staying there again and recommend it providing you are as easy going as we are in that you also don't let small quirks annoy you especially when you step back at remind yourself... regardless of all else...it still is magnificent MAUI right ? :) Mahalo
