Whether you are just 1 person or a party of up to 6, this is an amazing, oceanview condo located in sunny Kihei on the south part of the island. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 story newly remodeled property in a family friendly, community called Maui Kamaole. The master shower was just beautifully redone in 2023. The community has 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, tennis courts and lush tropical landscape. Unit #A-210 is in the front section of the community (A cluster), so the ocean is right in front of you! Please note: This unit is on the second floor with no elevator available. Sunsets, whale watching, or just relaxing from the lanai (patio) are all easily done here. The condo is a 5 minute walk to two of Maui's best beaches: Keawakapu and Kamaole III, and a short drive to many more incredible escapes. Perfectly situated in Kihei with a cool young vibe, the property has easy access to great restaurants and shops. It is also just minutes from the more upscale shops at Wailea, with world class shopping and award winning dining.
The first floor guest room has 2 twin beds, convertible to a king bed (just let us know!). Upstairs master bedroom loft is a beautiful retreat space, with comfy king bed. Fully closing accordion doors add extra privacy to the loft space. Both rooms have brand new furniture, comfy beds, furniture and adornments for you to enjoy paradise! Two full bathrooms offer tub shower (downstairs) and large shower (upstairs). Living room has a 65” HD Smart TV connected to cable/internet and sound bar, and a queen sofa bed. Unit has new A/C units and keeps the unit nice and cool, and also has ceiling fans in all rooms which in combination with the Hawaiian trade winds bring amazing breezes. Washer/dryer are also in unit. In addition to bath and beach towels and comfortable linens, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available for your enjoyment! Easy parking spot dedicated to unit as well. Maui Kamaole #A-210 also has a pack-n-play and two yoga mats for guests to use.

Lovely stay in Kihei!

We had a great getaway at this condo. It had everything we needed, was close to everywhere we wanted to be, and the property manager was really easy to work with. 5 stars, I'd definitely come back if I found myself in Kihei again.

Great Condo!

The location of this condo cannot be beat and has a beautiful ocean view and is right across the street from the beach and the Kihei boat launch. It was very clean easy to check into and had lots of extras that a lot of condos don’t have. I would definitely stay here and again and would recommend it to anyone.

Great stay!

My friend and I had a great stay at this unit. Everything was as is. Kitchen had plenty of dish aware etc and bathrooms had everything we needed. Would come back again. Rental agency also was awesome. Was able to ship a package to their offices and they even brought it to the unit for us!

Dream Maui Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was hear for a week of vacation with my husband, son and daughter-in-law. We love exploring new places, playing tennis and cooking. This condo was almost perfect for us. Beautiful views, comfortable beds, great location and well equipped kitchen. My only complaint is with regards to the grounds (not this unit)- they are not very walkable. It was difficult finding our way to the pools and tennis court. The condo unit should make additional walking paths to common amenities and beach. Otherwise the grounds were beautiful and well kept- just need walking paths!

This time of year though you get afternoon sun only on the lanai. You have to sit close to the deck rail to get it. Unit is updated but I thought more recently updated then it appeared. Also, this unit is smaller than some of the units we have stayed in and that was a bit of a surprise to me upon entry. It was perfect for a group or family or four but anymore might be tight.

Stunning View

The best part about our condo was the view - we had a perfect view of the ocean and the sunset every night! I think the only 2 issues for our family personally were the flight of stairs for my mother-in-law...2nd floor condos are not for the elderly or anyone who has difficulties with stairs....and the noise/privacy being in the upstairs bedroom. The upstairs bedroom is a loft so you don't have a door for privacy and the wide open space that overlooks the dining/living room area can be shut off with wood blinds but you can still hear everything downstairs. If you would like more privacy and quiet, it would be best to keep it to 4 people or less in this condo. The condo was well stocked...we did buy extra paper towels & toilet paper, which we did use, since they only supply one roll of each. We enjoyed staying here and will stay here again if the opportunity arises:)

A very pleasant stay

This condo was very well supplied, and everything was clear and easy to understand. The furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. We liked being able to walk to the beach. The property itself is not as pedestrian-friendly as we had hoped, with barriers between the condo buildings that force you to walk around entire buildinds or on the road with no sidewalks at times. Also the grounds are spread out across a somewhat steep hillside. That isn't something the owners can change, just a note for those thinking they will easily bop over to the pool or a friend's condo (we had others in our group in a different condo building).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this condo unit. It has an amazing ocean view from the lanai from which we watched the whales every day! The lanai is perfectly positioned (in December) so that you are warm and comfortable but never in direct sunlight. We took every one of our meals there! We also had a couple of gorgeous sunsets during our stay.The condo is clean and beautifully decorated with contemporary and super comfortable furniture (beds, sectional, etc.)! Great place to unwind and play card/board games in the late afternoon and evenings. I love the Maui Kamaole complex - it's clean, quiet and removed from the traffic and bustle of Kihei but still an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The tennis courts were a bonus - I played almost every day and never had a problem getting a court when I wanted. Overall, we had an amazing stay at Maui Kam and we feel lucky to have had chosen this unit while the prices were still reasonable during the holiday season.

Great location. Updated, clean and comfortable!

My family loved this condo. It was so comfortable and so thoughtfully set up with everything you could ever need. There were lots of helpful notes about the condo, property and area. The app was super helpful so you had all the key info in one place. You can see the sunset over the ocean from the balcony. We also saw whale blows right from the balcony and the stars at night were incredible. Very walkable or a short drive to all the action, but property itself wasn't crowded at all.

Amazing week on Maui

Condo was everything we hoped for and more. Clean, well stocked, and great location. We have stayed in multiple units at this location and this one was the best. Really appreciate the beach chairs and umbrella. Only wish we were still there :).

Big Bang for your Buck

The condo is beautiful, clean and well equipped. The easy access to the beach, restaurants and shops was perfect. We appreciated that the condo had chairs, towels, a cooler, etc. for us to use. I would highly recommend this to all my friends and would definitely like to stay here again.

Don't hesitate to book this place! Great location, incredible ocean views, and every resource you need (beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, cooler, kitchen items, etc! This condo was the perfect layout for my family of 5. Plenty of space and incredibly helpful travel information from hosts including best beaches to restaurants, etc. We used their tips/suggestions all week long. Close to shopping and great beaches. Quiet, spotlessly clean. Hope to come back again next time we are in Maui.
