Maui Kamaole #L-202 has one of the most sought after views and locations in the entire complex!!! The front of the unit features a commanding sweeping ocean view and view of west Maui in the day with beautiful tropical sunsets and twinkling island lights at night. The back of the unit features a view of the Maui-shaped upper pool. This is a very quiet unit - no road noise from S. Kihei Road! Maui Kamaole #L-202 sleeps four, has air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms, ceiling fans throughout, washer/dryer in unit, HD Cable TV with wireless internet. The owners of this unit welcome you as a valued guest. Note: A $300 refundable security deposit is required for this unit. Please note: This unit is on the second floor with no elevator available.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

The famous Kamaole Beach III is just across the street from the upscale Maui Kamaole. This property features lush tropical landscaping, two gorgeous pool areas with hot tubs and water features. There are gas grills peppered throughout the property and tennis courts available for your use. The Kamaole Beaches are world famous for their pristine water, long sandy shoreline, and great snorkeling. In addition during the winter, the humpback whales are just off shore and put on a great show. You will also enjoy the most magnificent sunsets imaginable. You also are within walking distance to activities, shops and restaurants and a short drive to the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena.

Excellent location. Nice view of the pool off the back and view of ocean and mountain out front - Best of both worlds! The condo was very well layed out, clean and fully stocked with all the essentials, including beach chairs and boogie boards.We really enjoyed waking up each morning and sipping coffee out on the lanai and watching the boats and whales, walking down to the beach at sunset and spending afternoons around the pool. Highly recommended!

Great Location

Our family of 4 had a great stay at this unit. The unit is as per the pictures and was very clean which was appreciated. Communication with the host was easy and quick. Beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards were also terrific. Although farther back, there were lovely views of the ocean from the main floor and lanai. Good location for those wanting to be close to the pool but still have the oceans views.

Comfy and clean, great for family vacation

We loved being right by the pool for the kids. The beach was just a short drive down the hill (parking was fine as long as we went early). Restaurants and shops in nearby Wailea, plus some hole in the wall places to the north.

Perfect place and responsive service!

We loved our condo - close enough to walk to the beach or shops but far enough from the noise. Loved having coffee on the lanai watching the whales in the ocean. Being right across from the pool was great for pool days. Our dishwasher broke and the managers responded immediately and had someone out to fix it within hours. We will be back!!

Great location with ocean view and natural light coming through. Checkin/Checkout very smooth and easy. Perfect setup for a family of 4, and we enjoyed the many amenities provided- beach accessories, large screen TV, patio seating.. carpet could use a deep cleaning.

Perfect Vacation Spot

Great location, great view of the ocean, overlooking and steps awsy from the pool. Condo was clean and decorated, and equippedwith the basic essentials. Air conditioning was a major plus! The only negative was the queen bed was rock hard. I would highly recommend to friends.

Affordable condo, excellent location, beds okay but not comfortable.

We love the Maui Kamaole location and affordability. This condo was clean, good AC in bedrooms and living room. Beds were hard and pillows were hard. Stingy with laundry and DW soap. Nice pool next to L 202 but always filled with loud kids all day and night till 9 pm. Condo had good chairs, umbrella, cooler and 1 cheap snorkel set that worked fine. Condo was very quiet from driveway and neighbors. Condo is close to pool so you can hear kids yelling in pool till 9 pm from bedroom but AC noise helped. Condo had all the appliances and dishes we needed.

Perfect with one complaint

Everything is perfect except tooooo many mis behaved children in and out of the pool. There should be a limit or a ADULT ONLY pool. One child hit me in the head as I was trying to swim. It made for a not so fun experience at the pool. As an athlete I need to swim and I felt I couldn't even do a froggy stroke without being kicked. Otherwise love this location and unit.

Beautiful condo!

My friends and I had a great time staying at this property. The view of the ocean from our patio was gorgeous. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils and we appreciated all the beach accessories we had access to. The only hiccups we had were finding crumbs and food on the carpet as if it hadn’t been thoroughly vacuumed in certain spots, and the wifi which was weak/spotty at times. Other than those issues, we had a wonderful stay!

Perfect for our needs with an incredible view

This is our second time staying in this exact unit and we love it. It’s very clean and comfortable. It’s nice and bright but really good blackout curtains so you can sleep. The view from the lanai is incredible and we love having the pool so close. The tennis courts are also really close and we played several times. We will be back!

It’s a short walk to restaurants, grocery stores and fabulous beaches. Amazing grounds, view of the ocean and sunsets and close to the pool. Perfect spot for a family getaway.
