Unit D-201 has been completely remodelled and refurnished with modern, beachy decor. Fully renovated kitchen is wide open and includes views from the large, stone island and is fully equipped for the home chef! Dining table for 4 inside is perfect for game night. Additional bar seating for 2 at the breakfast bar and enjoy added al fresco dining for 4 on your own private lanai. Take in the trade winds and peaceful, tropical setting while sipping morning coffee and afternoon sunset beverages.

The living room is bright and airy with huge sliding doors, large, wall-mounted TV with Sonos sound bar and features new in 2023 Split AC unit making it the perfect location for your tropical escape, anniversary celebration and honeymoon getaway. The bedroom has a California King size bed ceiling fan, AC and its own TV for cozy movie nights.
The renovated bathroom is located just outside the bedroom and adjacent to the living area for easy access.
Additional amenities include full sized washer and dryer, beach towels and backpack-style beach chairs all for use during your stay.

The Kihei Ali'i Kai is a wonderful property located just across the street from Kamaole I Beach and just a few blocks from Kamaole II Beach. This property is moments from shops, activities and restaurants including Caf La Plage, Cafe Olei, Maui Thai Bistro and South Shore Grindz. A short drive away, you'll find 3 championship golf courses. The property amenities include a pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, barbecue grills and new tennis and shuffleboard courts for use during your stay. It is less than 2 blocks to local favorite Kamaole Beach #1 which has lifeguards and bathrooms. Grab a few groceries on walk back at the local health food store (Hawaiian Moons) or the ABC convenience store.

Beautiful View & Great Location

The condo was just as lovely as pictured and the location couldn’t be better. We have stayed at a number of Maui condos and this location is a winner — close to everything but up the hill and quiet. The property management company was quick to respond to our concern about a broken toaster and bedroom blind. They replaced the toaster within hours, but unfortunately could not do anything about the blinds during our 3 week stay. Hopefully that will be solved before the next guests arrive. Thank you for sharing your lovely spot.

Wonderful stay

I booked this condo because of the views and pictures and it did not disappoint. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully updated. The location was great for beach access, restaurants and an ABC store where you could buy supplies all within walking distance. The bed was very comfortable and appreciated the dual air conditioning. The only complaint would be the couch, though visually pleasing was not comfortable to sit on as it gave no support. Other than that, I would absolutely book here again.

Lovely Condo

My boyfriend and I just returned from a lovely, 4 night stay at this beautiful condo. The unit has been recently upgraded throughout, with a new kitchen, bathroom, flooring, furniture, fixtures, amenities and cute decorations. The place was spotlessly clean when we arrived and we were welcomed with a nice basket of Kona coffee and Hawaiian snacks. The condo had everything we needed for our stay and the KAK complex is clean and very well maintained. It is a short walk to some beautiful sandy beaches, cafes, and restaurants. But the most amazing thing about the condo is the unbeatable view of the ocean and islands from the comfortable lanai. I think this is the best view on the island.

Apartment is amazing and it truly has everything you need. Swimming pool and hot tub at the property, 2min walk to the beach, shops very close by, walking distance...and beautiful sunsets right from the balcony. Just stunning...
