Remodelled and upgraded with granite countertops, new cabinets, and stainless appliances… Sugar Beach #113 is perfect for your tropical vacation. - Plan to enjoy direct, sandy, beachfront access from your private lanai. Perfectly situated for stunning views and amazing convenience. Beach access path is just a few feet away. Pool and recreation area are just beyond that and easy access to covered parking.

This home has central air conditioning for those warmer summer nights and maybe also those days that you might have gotten a bit too much sun. Find all you will need during your stay including Smart TV in the living room for movie nights, kitchen utensils and cookware for meals in, as well as beach chairs and beach towels for chill days enjoying the ocean. Sleeper sofa offers additional sleep space to accommodate up to 4 guests total.

Cal King bed with plush linens is roomy and cozy at the same time. A large sliding door can separate the bathroom from the sleeping area or open it and make it fully en suite. Washer and dryer in condo for use during your stay allows for lighter packing.
