My family and I stayed here for a week, girls ages 10 and 12). The condo is very nice and as described, the view is great for sunsets. Convenient location to pool. They have everything you need to go set up down on the beach as well. I would definitely repeat.

We loved our stay in Maui, the condo was well equipped and immaculate. There were no requirements that needed to be done before leaving - just told to enjoy our stay until the last minute. This was greatly appreciated when you are trying to get out and get to the airport. Unfortunately we were there during the heartbreaking Maui wildfires. We were there for the joyous occasion of our daughter’s wedding however seeing the pain the wonderful people of Maui were enduring broke our hearts. They are a strong, kind, loving people and we hope to get back there again when they are back on their feet. We would certainly stay in this same location. Maui Strong!

Amazing stay

Second trip to Hawaii. We did the resort thing the first time but wanted to do a condo this time. We love Wailea and the condo was absolutely perfect. Very clean, high end, perfect views for the sunset. Great pools beach was perfect. Loved taking the path to dinners and just taking a walk. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

This condo is perfect. The view allowed us to see whales playing, waves crashing and a perfect sunset every evening, all from the generous lanai. You can even watch the sunrise from the deck off the kitchen. The condo was spacious with fresh, comfortable furnishings, a well appointed kitchen, clean, contemporary bathrooms and bedrooms, and everything you need for the beach (snorkels, chairs, umbrellas, a pull along cooler). We will definitely be back.

Perfect vacation condo for 2 couples!

Really loved this gorgeous condo & would definitely return to it! Perfect for 2 couples (king sized bed in each bedroom, 2 full bathrooms). Clean, well-decorated, quiet, and amazing views! Very comfortable beds and nicely appointed kitchen and bathrooms. Only a very short easy walk to the beach, this condo is on the top floor (2nd floor) and has great views from the porch, living room & master bedroom. Great location, and very close to shopping, golf & the beach. The pools at the complex are lovely and not crowded. We had a lovely time here and would definitely book this condo again!

The property's as beautiful as pictured if not more. If anything, the outside pictures don't reflect how beautiful the site is. Quiet, luxury complex. All the residents and visitors are really courteous. Ideal for families.

Unit 1506 was our slice of paradise

We stayed for a week with another couple in unit 1506. Is a 2 BR, 2 BA upper unit with two sets of stairs to climb from the street level to the unit. Check in was a breeze since we were emailed the front door code and all the other pertinent information a few days before we arrived. We never got tired of looking at the beautiful ocean view and gorgeous sunsets from our lanai. We were very comfortable inside with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The unit was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well supplied, and we chose to have some of our breakfasts and BBQ one evening out on the lanai. The bathrooms had fluffy towels and bath sheets. The garage directly under the unit kept our car cool and had bins full of beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, beach toys, etc. The only thing we couldn’t find that we wish we had were paddles and a ball to play paddle tennis. The unit was in a great perfect location -a short 3 minute walk to the beach and even closer to the upper pool and paddle tennis court. You can easily walk along the beach path to the adjacent beaches. There was not a beach rental stand at our Elua beach. We rented SUP boards at the beach just next door to the north. The unit is also a short 3 minute drive to the Shops of Wailea. There is a nice market there where you can pick up groceries and ready-to-eat meals, and they even serve gelato. We would definitely recommend this unit to our friends and family.

Wailea Elia perfect location

Great 10 days or so at Wailea Elua #1506. Complex was private and spread out enough to never leave us feeling like we were vacationing with hundreds of our closest friends. Situated on a long seaside path and a nice strip of beaches so morning walks were easy and fun. Condo was centrally located in complex near upper pool. Had a garage stocked with all needed beach supplies and was a convenient place to store our snorkeling gear. Overhead clearance into garage was low so mammoth rental SUV had to park in a regular space instead. Condo itself was generously sized and well stocked. A/C is always a plus, particularly for an ocean-facing/west facing condo since it can get HOT in the afternoon. Light-blocking curtains helped with that, too. Washer and dryer made life and packing easier; top-load washer made mid-week washing of provided beach towels a little challenging but that’s a small thing. Giant TV in living room great for early AM women’s World Cup soccer games. Thoroughly appreciate the ability to leave on last day without usual miserable scramble to strip beds, etc. that has come with other VRBO’s we’ve stayed in. Only niggle with condo was wall-to-wall carpet that was showing some wear. Carpet is hard for a beach locale to do well, even when all shoes are left outside the door. That being said, at least two of us were asleep on the living room floor every evening after long days recreating outside so there was an up side to having carpet. The rental company was easy to work with and communicated info in a timely fashion.

Great time at Wailea Elua

Wonderful property, location and beach . Our party of 6 had a wonderful stay and was so impressed with this property and grounds. This condo had a spectacular view of the ocean , it was great sitting out on the patio and watching the sun set. Beds are comfortable as well as the pull out couch. The condo is nicely furnished, and has a good amount of supplies for beach fun. My only complaint would be the carpet, it is very dirty/stained. If this unit had tile throughout it would be 100% perfect. Management company very helpful and quick to respond to any calls/questions/ needs. Would book here again and hope they replaced carpet or better yet installed tile.
