Palms at Wailea 1904 is a nicely updated and well-located 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in the beautiful area of Wailea. This condo is the perfect getaway for families or couples traveling together. It features a private lanai with lush garden views, making it a great spot to spend your days lounging with a good book or dining al fresco with seating for six. The floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living.

The living area is open and inviting, providing a comfortable space to gather and share your day's adventures. You can also cozy up with your favorite movie on the large sectional that offers a queen sleeper. The living area is complete with a flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and split AC.

The kitchen has been beautifully updated and is well-equipped with modern appliances, including a flat-top stove. It also features ample counter space, plate ware, and utensils for the inspired home chef. Enjoy dining indoors with seating for six.

The charming guest bedroom adds a tropical touch with its beautiful linens and a cozy queen bed. For a comfortable night's sleep, it is equipped with ceiling fans and split AC. The spacious guest bath is conveniently located adjacent to the guest bedroom and offers a luxurious tiled shower.

Please note that Palms at Wailea no longer allows private grills. There will not be a grill for you to use on the lanai of this condo.

Please note that while every effort is made to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that differ from the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may even improve.
We would like to inform you that the pool at the Palms of Wailea will be temporarily closed from September 16th to 19th for cleaning and resealing of the pool surface to ensure a safe environment for everyone. To further prevent future closures, we have also scheduled a drainage of the pool during this time to repair pool equipment

5/12/25 Update: Pool Closure Notice
The pool will be closed Tuesday, September 16th through Friday, September 19th, 2025 for maintenance.
It is scheduled to reopen on Saturday, September 20th.

Beautiful property

I had the most wonderful stay at The Palms during my trip to Hawaii! This resort truly exceeded all my expectations with its excellent amenities, prime location, and relaxing atmosphere. First off, the location is unbeatable. It's just a short 10-minute walk to the beach, making it super convenient to enjoy the sun, sand, and surf without needing transportation. The nearby area is full of charming shops and great dining options, making every day an adventure. The resort itself is beautifully maintained, with a lovely pool area that's perfect for lounging or taking a refreshing dip after a day of exploring. The poolside vibes are serene, and there are plenty of sunbeds and shaded areas to suit everyone's preferences. The amenities at The Palms were top-notch. From the spacious, well-appointed rooms to the friendly and attentive staff, every detail was thoughtfully managed to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. The resort also offers great facilities for relaxation and recreation, ensuring there's something for everyone. If you're planning a Hawaiian getaway, I can't recommend The Palms enough. It’s a fantastic place to unwind, soak in the beauty of the islands, and create lasting memories. I’ll definitely be returning!

Excellent stay, great location!

We were a group of 2 adult couples who stayed for a week. I would highly recommend this option to anyone. This unit is spacious and very nice, great common areas to eat and hangout. Kitchen is stocked and we cooked at home most nights. The lanai is amazing as is the community pool, where we went frequently. Unit was fully stocked with plenty of towels and beach chairs plus coolers. No umbrella. The location in Wailea is great. Quick drive to Kihei for groceries or anything else. You are a short drive to 2 beaches and there is good free parking at both. You could also walk to the closer beach if you want a longer walk but it would be hard to carry beach gear. A few small clarifications. There is no grill at this unit even though it is in the photos. But the Palms has added communal grills throughout the property and one is right nearby so it was easy enough to use. Also the lanai is wonderful but it does look out over the perimeter road so you will hear traffic passing by, but this was never an issue for us. I would definitely stay here again!

Wailea Paradise

Such a great property. Spacious, clean, updated furniture and appliances and perfect location. Beach is a short walk and you’re out of the busyness of Kihei. Highly recommend. Our only note is that you do not face the ocean which is fine but you will hear traffic from the fairly busy street.

Nice Place to Stay

Unit was clean with a very nice updated kitchen. Very well stocked kitchen with plenty of storage containers and cooler bags for taking out for the day. We were able to rent a wagon and boogie boards from the property manager which was cheaper than purchasing and very convenient as it’s a 10-12 min walk to the nearest beach. The complex is well cared for and groomed. We did not have any major bug issues in our unit other than spotting a couple tiny geckos and a few small bugs but a couple other families we travelled with did have cockroaches and other bug issues in theirs. I thought it was a really nice place, only thing that we would complain about is the bedding and pillows seemed dated and need a refresh and there were large cut foam liners on top of the mattress which made the mattress quite high and you have to almost climb onto the bed to get into it. Made the bed much to soft for me but our 13yr old loved it on hers. It was a nice 20 min walk to The Shops of Wailea where there are restaurants, shops and take out food places for breakfast, lunch etc. other than that you pretty much have to drive to other amenities unless your ok with a longer walk. Great place to stay if you don’t mind being a little off the beach. Really good for families. Nice pool area as well.

A Perfect Stay For Us

This condo was perfect for us and another couple. The pictures are very accurate. It was quite clean, comfortable, spacious, nicely appointed, and the layout is very functional. We particularly enjoyed the kitchen and outdoor areas. Beds were large and comfortable and there was enough closet and drawer space for our 5 night stay. While there is no ocean view (none was expected), we could easily walk to the beach (about 10 minutes) as well as stroll to the pool and hot tub at the complex (2 minutes). Having a reserved parking spot was also quite helpful. Finally, the area is loaded with great beaches, golf, and restaurants. Again, all in all, it was a great rental experience for us. I'd certainly recommend this unit to anyone considering this area.

Perfect place for our family to stay in Wailea

We stayed at the property for 6 nights in August and it was perfect for our family of 5 (3 kids aged 7-12) The place was spotlessly clean when we arrived. It’s nice that it’s on the second floor as we felt safer not being on the ground floor. It’s located a short distance from the pool. (There is only one pool that is pretty shallow at 4” max whereas some other communities in the area have multiple) but there weren’t many people often at the pool so it was nice. The condo came very equipped with everything you might need in the kitchen to cook, plenty of towels and blankets, Wi-Fi worked great, and the patio was a decent size. The bathrooms were all showers which is fine for our kids but if you need a tub for little kids there wasn’t one. The sofa bed was your average sofa bed, I.e. not very comfortable but it was fine. This particular condo is also not too far of a walk down to the beach but we did end up driving most days because we brought down the coolers and beach chairs that were also available for us to use from this unit. Overall, I highly recommend and would definitely return!

Lovely Palms Unit

Three of us gals stayed in this unit and had a wonderful week. The unit is very well equipped with most everything you would need. The location was very quiet and had plenty of parking available also. We would definitely stay here again!
