The spacious living room boasts exquisite new furnishings complete with comfy sofa sleeper. Luxuriate in the spa style bathroom. The primary bedroom allows for relaxation with king bed, plush linens and TV. Brand New ductless AC system helps cool things off during those hot Summer nights.

Very nicely appointed Unit; have been here a dozen times before to HK complex. Safe is not working in this Unit, reported to Coldwell Banker but no response from them. This Unit is in our Top 3 for sure !!

The property was nice. They were remodeling the unit above us and Justin was very helpful in working it out. The only suggestions I have is that the owners use half the closet in the bedroom which leaves little space for the guests. Also it is good to have plates and utensils, but there were so many that there was no place to put the groceries we bought. That being said, I would stay here again anytime.

Great property that was a nice way to spend our week. The bed was great and super comfortable. Amazing start and welcome basket. A bit of a musty smell, but nothing that opening the windows couldn't removed. Awesome place and space!

Wish We Were Still There!

The condo is very well decorated and inviting. Mornings and evenings on the patio are so relaxing, with the ocean view a definite plus. We hope to return soon to have this experience again. I would highly recommend condo 121! As an aside, for the tea drinkers, a kettle to heat water on the stove would have been great. The kitchen, otherwise, had absolutely everything we needed and was sparkling clean.

Rest, relax, and beach vacation

My husband and I stayed for two weeks and were extremely happy with everything at this condo unit. This trip was purely about relaxing for us. We cooked in and ate out. Bed is very comfortable, it was such an easy walk to the beach across the street, AC works great, great view of sunsets from patio, management is very responsive, nice walk to restaurants and shopping as well. It was exactly what we needed!

Fantastic Condo

The condo was just as described. Very clean and updated. Bed was comfy, condo was stocked with towels, laundry detergent and plenty of dishes. They do have chairs, a small cooler and some sand toys for children. We loved the lani and the views were fantastic. My husband and I would walk across the street every night at 5:30 to watch the beautiful sunset. The bbq are can get a bit busy so plan accordingly as they only have to gas grills and the rest are charcoal only.

Everything you need for a pleasant Maui stay!

Absolutely loved this property! It was clean, organized and better than we expected it to be. The property is directly across Kamoele beach 1 and 2 with many restaurants/ food trucks located nearby. Super convenient! The bed was comfortable and the lanai was perfect for morning coffee and watching the sunset. We would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay and the location of this property! It had all the amenities and we really appreciated the beach chairs and cooler. Our son especially loved the Hale Kamaole Conch Band at sunset. The beach access is great and we would definitely stay again.
