To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Perfect location!

We stay all over Maui and this place has the best location! Waking distant to shops at Wailea and sidewalks beach. Plenty of room for everyone, clean, everything worked as it’s supposed to.

We will 100% stay here again! The unit is spotless clean, had everything we needed to play and cook in the kitchen, plenty of towels and bedding for our family of 6. We loved the location and the beauty of the complex. We looked forward to our coffee on the patio every morning. Couldn't recommend this place more!

Mom and Daughter week

I bring my Mom to Maui every year and we I’ll definitely be coming back to the Ekahi. The condo was perfect. It was clean, well equipped and in a beautiful location. We walked everywhere. The beach is about a 5-6 minute walk. The poll areas are gorgeous and the lanai was quiet and beautiful.

The property was clean and easy to find. We really enjoyed our stay with 2 kids under 11. The property has a lot of pools to use and easy access to the beach. Everything is key-locked so we felt safe with our kids. Would definitely stay here again!

Paradise!

The condo was perfect for our family of four! While our kids slept on the Murphy bed they loved having some down time in the bunks! The beach is so beautiful and is about a ten minute walk from the condo (you can also drive down but be there by 7:30 as parking was limited). The condo has a beach wagon which made it super convenient to hike down to the beach. We loved the lanai and enjoyed meals out there daily. You can also access the Wahlia walking trail from the beach or short walk to Andaz. Overall, we had an amazing stay and highly recommend this condo!

Great unit!

Overall this was a great place to stay for the week. In particular the extra bedroom with bunkbeds was great for kids and the lanai was lovely. There was a lot of space, with a very functional kitchen and a great family area/couch. Would definitely return.

Great property! The unit was a perfect size for the two of us. The grounds were beautiful. We loved the location. You could walk down to the beach on the property in minutes. We also walked over to Wailea beach most mornings. We took a shortcut through the Andaz hotel. The town of Kehei is only 10 minutes away for restaurants and awesome sunsets. We would definitely stay at Ekahi Village again.

Visited with family, including two kids. 10 minute walk to beach. Unit has beach toys, so we did not need to buy or rent any. Full kitchen, so easy to cook most meals at home. Matt, the property manager, was helpful and responsive. We would stay here again.

We have stayed at different condos within the Wailea Ekahi property several times & continue to be impressed with great location, ease of parking, excellent maintenance of outside & inside. Couple of things which could be improved: 1) more clear 'check in' instructions, that is, the main bldg 8 is only for completing the parking permit/car info & deposit into box. The staff inside seemed bothered that we went inside expecting something other than to fill out form outside; 2) the large pool near community Pavillion is real plus, BUT the rules prohibiting ordinary swimming pool stuff like floaties & kickboards for kids, tubes & toys, etc., seems overly unreasonable especially since there are so many alternatives for adults only to enjoy more sedate ambience. Overall good experience though. Thx

Wonderful unit

I have stayed at several Ekahi units, and I would definitely return to this one. It is updated, nice comfortable furniture and clean. Loved the bunk beds for the kiddos! The lanai has a view of the ocean and what I really enjoyed is the location. The unit is very private, tucked away from foot traffic and next to a quiet pool that is rarely used by anyone. I was pleasantly surprised by a bin full of outdoor toys for both the lawn and beach. Also, a big yes to tiled floors instead of carpet!

Great spot in a nice community

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It's a great community, and complex. There is heated pool right by the beach, which great communal facilities. And it's one of the nicest beaches on the southern shore. Great for kids with soft sand and gentle waves. They had a blast! The condo is a little bit of a walk, but cart is provided. The kitchen could be a little better stocked. The bunk bed was a great set up for small kids, but would have been a challenge if they were teenagers or older. No bath. The host had everything ready. They provided a pack and play, and were nice enough to even get us a booster seat for meals. There were also plenty of beach toys, chairs, etc that we really felt at home. Thank you!
