We are looking forward to welcoming you to this fantastic piece of luxury condo, your own Maui tropical paradise. The venue is simply fabulous, as you can spend your time at the property’s beachfront pool, Jacuzzi as well as on it’s endless sandy bottom golden beach. This is a perfect path for your morning walks, exercise and sunset strolls.

The lovely condo has been entirely and carefully renovated, when authentic hawaiian structures were brought together with contemporary decoration, fusioning refreshing white and beachy colour schemes. It boasts 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, breathtaking panoramic ocean views, spacious lanai that flawlessly connects the roomy living and dining area with the outdoors.

Perfect stay!

We’ve stayed at Sugar Beach in other units, and this was the best. Awesome view and access to the beach, responsive management, and nicely updated interior. We will be back!

Paradise Found

My wife and I stayed at this property for our first visit to Maui celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. The apartment was perfect for what we wanted and needed. It was very clean and very well appointed with pretty much everything we needed for our stay (we stayed 10 days). The apartment itself is very nicely decorated and obviously renovated recently with upgraded kitchen appliances and floors. The location is absolutely perfect--directly on the beach with sunset views from the balcony. We felt like we were well positioned on the island to be close to both east and west Maui and the beaches in Kihei were really enjoyable. The resort complex itself is beautifully landscaped and maintained, and there was a very serene atmosphere throughout (no loud parties or unruly guests). There's also a great sandwich shop on the grounds that was great for grabbing a quick lunch before heading out. The management company was very responsive to any and all requests, and they went out of their way to assist us. Overall, this was a great stay and we will sure to book this apartment again on our next visit to the island.

Great Stay!

This is our second time staying at the Sugar Beach Resort and we love the location. Great beach front property, close to a lot of cool restaurants, and a great central spot on the island to drive anywhere you want. The condo itself is very nice, updated with a lot of nice cooking supplies, toaster, coffee maker, etc. There were two beach chairs, umbrella, and small cooler that were very nice for beach days. The communication from the property management was very good!

lovely home

The house is great. A dresser in the 2 smaller bedrooms would be a great asset. There is a very small dresser in the middle broom and a light. Living room is very dark and no light above the table makes it hard to use the table area to play games etc. We did enjoy everything else about this house though. The master is huge but the other 2 bedrooms are small.
