"Margarita Villa" (KDH-34) is the perfect vacation house you and your family have been looking for! Single floor living - only one flight of steps to a very comfortable floor plan of an open Great Room, bathrooms, bedrooms and a large covered front porch. There is a half bath and outside shower conveniently located by the pool. "Margarita Villa" is located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills and is just a short walk to the beach, numerous restaurants, and a grocery store. Make this house your new home away from home and you will be returning for years to come!

Top Floor: Large, covered porch, living room w/ large flat screen TV/DVD/Stereo. Dining Room with nice, large, dining room table - comfortably seats 8, well equipped kitchen (2) bar stools. 1 large King master suite w/ TV and walk in closet, 1 large King master suite w/TV, Queen bedroom w/ TV shares hall bath w/ bedroom w/ 2 twin beds & TV.

Ground Floor: Ground floor entry to house with washer & Dryer. Outside half bath. Outside Shower. Private Hot Tub (6). Huge pool deck w/ 10x24 private pool and lots of comfortable seating.

Extras: 5 TVs, 1 CD player, 1 stereo, High speed wireless Internet, Gas & Charcoal Grills, Private Pool (10x24) Private Hot Tub (6). Outside shower. Washer, Dryer, Ironing Board, Iron, Hair Dryers, Pack N Play. Parking: 6. 400' to beach access. Saturday Turn-over. No smoking. No pets. Bed Linens Provided and Beds made prior to arrival. Bath towels may be rented for $7 per set (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth). The pool is open for the entire rental season.

Cancellations: If, after your initial payment, you need to cancel your reservation, every attempt will be made to re-rent the property. All notices of cancellation must be in writing. If the property is re- rented at full price, you will receive a full refund of moneys paid, less a $150 cancellation fee, travel insurance premium (if purchased) and all applicable taxes. If the property is able to be re-rented, but at a discounted rate from what was paid, you will be refunded your rental payment, less the difference in the rental rate and the $150 cancellation fee. If the property is not able to be re-rented, you will forfeit all moneys paid to this reservation.

We had a blast!

We had so much fun here. On the days the beach were just too hot the pool was awesome. The house is located in a great area with a ton of stuff to do around the area. My two grandson's that were with us had so much fun they would fall asleep from exhaustion every night. I would give it a 6 if i could!

We really enjoyed our stay at Margarita Villa. The house was super clean and in a great area. Everything in the house was funtional and working. The kitchen was well stocked, just a little small. The internet worked great, 100mbps. The pool area was really nice, lots of seating and a good grill. We really liked having a out side bath room and shower. I would definetly reccomend this home for your vacation.

We had 6 adults (3 couples). The house was clean, spacious and had everything we could want or need. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The outside shower and toliet was a bonus making it very convenient when swimming in the pool. The amenities were great. We loved everything about the house: cleanliness, space, check-in and check-out process and the communication with the rental agency was second to none. Would love to return to this ptoperty!!

OBX family vacation 2022

We loved this property, the amenities and the location to the beach. The house was comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, beds comfortable, clean, and the decor was perfect. While you can't see the ocean you can hear it. The pool and hot tub were nice and private. We would stay there again and again.

Great property with a ton of amenities close to the beach, restaurants, and activities!

The house was fully stocked, clean, decorated beautifully. It was open and airy, large enough for 8 people to feel like they all had their own space. Walking distance to the beach. Very close to stores and other amenities, as well as several restaurants and ice cream stores. Management was quick with an internet issue we had and communicated well. Willl definitely reserve this one again. Probably the best VRBO properties we have stayed in.

Nice little place

We loved our vacation at this home. It was nearby many shops, restaurants and grocery stores and a very short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool and were surprised to find an outdoor shower and potty. The décor inside is adorable. We would recommend this place!

What a great house!!

This house has it all! Pool, hot tube, two master bedroom and a wonder top deck to sit outside and listen to the ocean. This unit is well maintained. The parking underneath the house is also a bonus on hot days. Also, the outside shower and toilet comes very handy when walking back from the beach. This house has it all. What a great house!!!!

Perfect for Medium Size Group 5-8

A small group of my family, all adults, stayed in Margarita Villa in July 2020. The house was perfect for what we needed! Very close walking distance to the beach! The pool area was great and we loved using the front porch. The bedrooms were set up perfectly for a group our size. Overall I highly recommend this house for a vacation rental. My concerns with the rental were minor overall. It would have been nice to have a larger table in the pool area for food and outside gatherings. The ice maker was not effective, forcing us to buy bags of ice daily for our beach coolers. We noticed that we were getting pruned very fast in the pool, which apparently was due to a higher level of chlorine than normal as a precaution due to COVID-19. The pool guy came twice to ensure the levels were acceptable. The response from the property manager on this was quick and effective. Thank you for a great week in KDH!!

Well situated to beach at First Ave. but in a residential neighborhood with properties of mixed quality. Home well laid out but carpets dirty and stained, appliances outdated and repairs needed. Pool was great. TV had to be worked manually. Rustic and beachy but comfortable.

Short but sweet

Our stay was cut short by Dorian but the few days that we did get were wonderful. The house had everything, is charmingly decorated, and is a relaxing place to be. Looking around at the other homes, this was one of the few with it's own private pool AND hot tub. It truly is minutes from the beach while walking. Wishing we had been able to stay longer. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come down to the OBX.

Great house!

This house was perfect for us. We had seven people (my family of six, with four kids, and my mom) stay for a week. The house is well decorate (beachy, but not cheesy), and well stocked. It's rare to find a kitchen so well stocked in this type of rental. Porch swing was a nice bonus and LOVED the outdoor shower and hot tub. Short walk to the beach which was super convenient. Would definitely rent again.

Loved Margarita Villa

This was my first time renting like this and I was very worried the home would not be what I was expecting. The truth is, it exceeded my expectations. It was beautiful, had everything it said it would and it was close to the beach as well as pretty much any food & stores. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Great beach house

We had a wonderful stay at margarita villa. The place is kept very clean and is well maintained. We had 4 adults and 4 small kids and it was more than enough space for us. It was a very short walk to the beach. The property manager was also very responsive which we greatly appreciate.

Lovely. A house decorated with great taste and it is very comfortable.

This house is great. Four bedrooms, three baths, a well appointed kitchen. The pool is lovely. In addition there is an outdoor shower and a bathroom near the pool. It is a short two block walk to the beach. Restaurants and a grocery store are also within walking distance. We loved our stay at this house and plan on returning next year.

Family dream vacation
