The home is beautiful, but the maintenance is just not there.
Upon arrival, one of the bathrooms didnât have toilet paper, I asked the company to provide me with some and they didnât reply, I also asked about the WiFi because it doesnât work whatsoever and I didnât receive a reply about that until 2 days later.
There was a cockroach on one of the towels, pet hair from the previous people, very Dusty, they offered to send a cleaning company but I was going to leave the next day so that was pointless. Trash bin was also full from previous people. Seems like the cleaning company just goes and does a quick clean, hadnât even been vacuumed. Very beautiful home, nice driveway and yard.
The house is very clean and nice. You ha e to cross a lot of traffic to walk to the beach but it is manageable. This is managed by a real estate management company which made things a little odd. They kept referencing the listing on their website even though I rented through VRBO. The VRBO listing mentioned a grill and a mini fridge (we were wanting both) but the grill was locked away and there was no mini fridge. When I asked they said the mini fridge isnât listen on their site. I didnât book through their site. They came and got out the grill from the locked outdoor closet the second day but it was too late as we had to cook the protein we had brought with us the first night. They remedied this one issue but took a âtough luckâ stance on the other. Also the neighbor next door has a bully mix that he lets run free. The dog seems ok and itâs not really within the property owners control but some renters might be worried with their small dogs.
