Outerbanks lovely beach cottage located less than a half mile from the Atlantic ocean, the sound (beautiful sunsets), putt putt, movie theater, groceries, and the running/bike/walking path on the sound, and the Wright Brother's Memorial! Full size back yard with picnic table and corn hole.
Enjoy dinners on the outdoor deck surrounded by live oak trees. We have a lovely seating area with an umbrella and chairs on the outside top deck.
We have a fully equipped kitchen for your holiday dinners. The kitchen is stocked with beautiful high quality dishes and glass wear. Also, full sets of pots, a toaster, coffee maker, and some spices and items to get you started.
The washer and dryer are inside the upper level and we provide laundry soap for our guests.
Super "CLEAN" house & comfy space!
The house has 3 nice size bedrooms. The master bedroom has a platform king bed with a walk in closet and a private bathroom in the bedroom with a smart TV. One queen bedroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds. There also is a tilting desk in the twin bedroom along with a desk in the living area.
The upstairs level of the house is completely private & you have a private entrance, with a private backyard and a private deck area. There's a key code entry to the door.
The downstairs level of the property is also completely private and can be rented out in a separate listing. The two units of the house are completely separate and have completely two separate entrances and two separate areas.
We have a limit of 3 cars but can accommodate another vehicle by reaching out to us.
The yard joins the upper deck so your kids can play free from the yard to the deck in a safe spot.
This area is centrally located with Publix within walking distance and putt-putt golf. Everything you need is located within one mile, the ocean the sound where you can see beautiful sunsets. Also you have many restaurants and shops located within a few miles from the house.
High Tide Beach Shack is located in a very nice quiet safe neighborhood. So please no parties or loud vehicles late at night! Thank you for respecting your neighborsâœŒđŸŒ

We enjoyed our stay in this super clean home. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the dishes needed to prepare home cooked meals for our family of 5. Communication was so fast, including immediately fixing the one minor issue we had. (Battery died in the door keypad). Their suggestions of activities and directions to see the beautiful sunset were perfect to keep us entertained. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

First impression was very clean and inviting. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. My grandkids said the beds were a little firm for them but they slept very well. The location was close to so many things and Amber sent a list of ideas. Which was great. The amenities was great too. I would highly recommend this place! Very satisfied

Last minute welcome from storm

We were camping and two days it was going to rain and storm significantly so we decided to get a rental for the remainder of our stay at OBX, we were fortunate that this was open and met our needs perfectly. Many features like washer and dryer available with free soap was a cool luxury included, along with many more items included. We will keep this property in mind when we come again, much thanks!

Great stay and the best luck!

We decided to extend our visit in OBX and our rental was not available to extend... but we were very fortunate that this property was available just when we needed a home away from home! The host was super kind and helpful and the property was pristine clean, very comfortable and well outfitted. We had unfortunate weather and therefore spent more time in the property than out of it - but that worked out just fine because of the space, comfort, and the bright and lovely decor of the property! Thank you for your help and for providing such a lovely property!!

Clean priced to perfection place

We had a great stay here. Their house was very well organized and i appreciated the space it had. A 3 bedroom was great. Downside was it only had one twin bed and not the two as described. Inside was super clean and all the plates and glasses we needed for the weekend. They were all the same kind and not an assortment like at some VRBOs I've been to. Almost walking distance to a publix. Thanks for the hospitality!!!!

This is a wonderful setting for a family to stay together. The rooms are spacious and the living room is perfect for your family to enjoy each others company. It is so clean, and the managers are easy to contact and keep the place updated and clean.

Excellent Trip

We were in town to look at properties. We discovered during our stay what a huge deal Halloween was in this area. It resulted in us extending our stay and having a great time for Halloween. The house was clean and well decorated with a nice new 4k Tv and great internet service. We didn’t have any major problems. Any questions we had were quickly answered. Overall we had a great time. We traveled with our dog who loved the yard. We let him out to play and he was perfectly safe in the yard. This site is close to everything and walking/biking distance to the grocery. We will likely stay again next Halloween.
