Always a good stay except when they have a lot of kids and teenagers our room was close to the pool and we had someone stay up over us which was noisy …. No reflection on the stay just letting people know

The room was very clean, easy check in but was never told beforehand about the $50 fee required at check in for incidentals. Luckily I had a card available to cover this. The entrance to the Tower is pretty challenging if pulling a suitcase as there is not a ramp close by. My sink did not drain properly but was not a big deal, because the view and overall stay made up for that. Huge breakfast, did not go the first day too far to walk from the tower in the rain. But the day of checkout, way too many selections and no eggs but everything was still delicious the lady working in the dining room that morning was also very courteous as well as check out. I was allowed a late check out as well at noon which was very convenient. The only issue I have now is trying to figure out when I will be given the $50 credit on my card for the incidentals. I have called the property twice, just to be told it was released to me upon checkout but there's no record of it at my bank yet. I was told to call back in a week. I booked another room for this evening and tomorrow night as well hopefully everything goes as smooth as last weekend. Would be nice if they would credit me the incidentals tonight for the inconvenience. almost forgot to mention both mornings, the ladies cleaning the rooms were very loud, slamming doors and talking loud outside of my door. I have PTSD so that was a huge trigger for me other than that the balcony was a great addition, the furniture in the rooms we're beautiful, espe

We go to the OBX about twice a year and choose to stay here every time. The room is always spotless. Staff is friendly and helpful. My 15 year old grandson loved spending time in the exercise room. Pool and the hot tub are well maintained.Reasonably priced for all they offer. I like helping a locally owned business as opposed to a chain.

The room service didn't fill our empty toilet paper roll, didn't make our bed, nor did they refill the coffee section. They gave us be towels, but didn't pick up all of the used ones. The pool and hot tub didn't look like they had been cleaned. The room doors slam so hard, it wakes you up. The room walls are very thin, I could hear an entire conversation in the room next door that lasted until 4am, but they weren't speaking that loud. The place is beach front and safe.

Really nice hotel. Room was very clean, bed super comfortable. Staff friendly and courteous. Pool and hot tub clean and well maintained. Very close to beach, easy to climb stairs lead right to path through dunes. Breakfast was delicious, great variety of hot and easy to prepare items. Highly recommend!
