** Property has 4 total private bedrooms and a bonus area off of the lower level living room.
3 of the private bedrooms each have a King size bed, the lower level living room has has two additional Queen beds and the private bunk room has 4 twin beds and a twin trundle bed for total of 5 twin beds.**

The entire home and cottage are available for your use. The only area that is unavailable is the garage. We have outdoor-only cameras to monitor the outside entrances to the home.
Other things to note
The primary renter must be over 21.

We do not allow parties or events at the house. Only registered guests are allowed in the home. Unregistered guests will be billed at an additional $100 per night.

This is a quiet residential neighborhood, and we have to be mindful of noise and traffic. Please respect the privacy of our next-door neighbors.
