Friendly staff, plenty of parking, room was clean and comfortable bed. Many dining options nearby. Close to highway for easy travel. Plenty of space to walk service dog but would be handy to have a trash dispenser to deposit pet waste as this facility is pet friendly .

Staff friendly. Older and needs updating and especially repainting. Seems to be a safe area, with police presence in the parking lot. Was quiet and we didn’t get woken up the one night we stayed. Outside room access and no elevator so it was difficult for my husband getting to the room.

They told me my room was ready i checked in the ceiling was fractured paint chips hanging down in multiple places shower curtain rod was torn off wall barely hanging on by 1 screw the bed cover was covered in brown and yellow stains i mentioned this to the guy behind the desk they moved me my wife and son to another room this room had the same ceilingnissues and the fridge was a solid block of ice it wouldn't shut all the way or open all the way i mentioned this to the guy behind the desk they never removed the broken fridge or offered to switch we get up in the morning their "continental breakfast they offer was only stale bread nothing else it was a disgusting terrible experience will never go back again

What is a no smoking room, but room had odor. As clean as it could be under the circumstances. Breakfast area was clean. Pool was closed said due to the season! Well, it’s July! I basically did it for convenience. Not too many good hotels in the area.

Horror motel

The property is terrible. We had three of us and they only offered 2 small thin towels. When I went for more I was asked why I needed them. In a huff, he gave me two more with one so ripped up that it was not usable. The shampoo is a little packet, thus the cheapest That is the philosophy I see everywhere here. Shame on Wyndhum for allowing them to use their name. They claim the pool is closed for the winter season but it was 90 dgrees in late June. I assume they just don't want the expense of maintaining a pool. Do not stay here, They are rude, cheap and a run-down dump. It was verry difficult to understand their accent while trying to get some answers.

Didnt get to spend much time in the room, but was clean and bed was comfortable. Was put in a accessible room for some reason. Over all, short of the lacknof a table due to accessible room, and the leaning shower curtain that didnt stay completely closed, a good room.

Rooms and property are in horrid condition. Spider webs all over the room. Bathtub was gross and stained. Paint was in horrible condition. Toilets caulking was cracked and breaking. Toilet leaked. HVAC unit was disgusting… Nothing nice about this hotel. Staff at front desk was nice.

Great value for price. Pools and hot tub were clean and correct temperatures. They are renovating the hotel. Our room was great but furniture was very, very outdated. Bed was clean and comfortable.
