Situated just 6 miles from Hunstanton on the North Norfolk coastline with its beautiful sandy beaches and a wealth of nature and bird reserves, this superb detached farmhouse is peacefully located in the village of Fring. Set in its own grounds with the benefit of an outdoor swimming pool, games room and tennis court as well as a large enclosed garden, White House Farm offers character and comfort. Furnished to offer superb holiday accommodation with views across the fields in all directions, White House Farm makes for an ideal holiday location for families and groups of friends. Burnham Market (8 miles) offers shops, butcher, baker, restaurants and inns. For nature lovers, excellent bird-watching can be enjoyed amid the nearby salt marshes and sand dunes, where good walking may also be found. Additionally, the coastal path and Peddars Way footpath also offers further routes for walkers. For lazy days by the sea, excellent sandy beaches can be found at Brancaster, Holkham and Wells-next-the-Sea, whilst the popular seaside resorts of Heacham and Hunstanton offer many attractions for all ages. Within easy driving distance are numerous historical ruins, stately homes and gardens including Sandringham House, Houghton and Holkham Halls, Walsingham Abbey and Shrine ruins. Birthday celebration weekend

Beautiful house in a fantastic setting. Excellent accommodation for a three generation family break. Swimming pool and snooker room kept all ages entertained. Enclosed garden and tennis court great but usage spoilt by the torrential 🌧️ Would definitely recommend and as a family we will definitely book again.

This house is an amazing find.

This house is an amazing find. The space is incredible. Even though there were a lot of us we didn’t feel like we were living on top of each other. We managed to use the pool even though it was October. We even used the BBQ. The host was very friendly and showed us round at the start of our stay, telling us everything we needed to know. We weren’t great with the Aga but there is an electric cooker in the utility so cooking wasn’t a problem. We would definitely return.

Amazing country house that has everything!

A beautiful spacious country house that has something for everyone. The heated pool, games room & tennis court kept everyone occupied. Set a quiet rural location but just a 10 min drive from shops and beautiful beaches. The property has a lovely homely feeling. It is traditionally furnished & well equipped to cater for large parties. Lots of local country walks direct from the house. We found the owners to be very friendly, accommodating & helpful. All in all a fantastic place for a family gathering of all ages. We would definitely return and recommend to others.

We had a lovely time at White House Farm.

We had a lovely time at White House Farm. The house is big, well-equipped, warm and comfortable. The kitchen is particularly welcoming thanks to the always-on oil-fired AGA. The house was clean and there was ample supply of clean linen and towels. The tennis court was in good condition and the children made good use of it, the garden is big and well-maintained. The swimming pool was clean and it was nice to swim in October in the UK! We also used the games room on a rainy afternoon (snooker and darts). Around the house, there are many opportunities for local walks and runs, the area is very quiet, it is very peaceful. There is a good butcher and fishmonger in Burnham Market a few miles away, so very convenient. In summary, we had a really nice 10 days and time really flew. The only area of improvement would be to upgrade the wifi as it only works downstairs and gets quickly overloaded when 2 devices are using it. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

A really wonderful holiday home. This is our second visit and the family love it there. Great location with superb heated Swimming pool ,outdoor tennis court and games room.The house is large with plenty of space for the whole family. Lovely countryside surroundings and views.. You can cycle to the local pub and convenience store.Travel to local towns and great beaches by car. The house will need some Internal updating of facilities ,furnishings and equipment to modernise and to keep the property at the top end of the market. A fantastic house and garden to enjoy a family holiday. Inside and out were well maintained. The pool was heated so the children could stay in all day. The tennis court is easily accessible from the house and great for some family knock abouts. The garden was perfect for dogs as all enclosed and there is easy walking from the doorstep. The house was well equipped and everything worked. The beds were comfortable and a useful mix of doubles and twins. There is plenty of downstairs space so everyone can find somewhere to relax. The hosts were amazing very friendly and welcoming. WiFi signal is intermittent so no work allowed! We are hoping to return.

Lovely house plenty of room for all of us (9 adults and 4 children). Weather was not so good but we still managed to use the pool which was warm also played tennis despite hail stopping play a couple of times. Nice facilities. Snooker table and darts was a nice touch as an indoor activity. Large rooms nice to be able to seat everyone at meal times in the dining room. Never did manage to cook on the Aga but there was a normal electric cooker in the pantry. Booked for my 60th birthday family all had a good time.

Great facilities for a family to chill out especially if the sun is shining. The house is a little tired if you are looking for a top notch pad but it did us well with our age range of 90 down to 7. One issue we had was upstairs each en-suite had steps (or stairs) without handrails so our 90 year old needed help. However overall we had a lovely week in the house and made use of the pool/court/billiards etc.
