Only stayed one night. I thought facilities were surprisingly spacious and well equipped. Communication before our arrival was excellent.

Terrible Stay - Go somewhere else!

Stayed for a weekend with family and it was a disaster from start to finish with the owner accepting no responsibility for the issues that we encountered The property is in general poor condition and not clean. The WiFi does not work and there are additional local charges that were not reflected in the listing. There are also elements of the property that are just not safe - I got an electric shock from what seemed to be a faulty socket and the outside furniture was falling apart and just dangerous for the kids to be around We raised issues with the owner before, during and after the stay but comms were really poor and there was a complete lack of accountability.

Wonderful!!

We've just returned from a wonderful stay at Heachem Beach and wouldn't hesitate to return. The caravan had everything we needed, even a fridge freezer which was a nice surprise. There are some steps to the left as you walk up onto the road, this leads to a track that then takes you down to North Beach, then you can walk along South Beach, and back to the entrance of the caravan park. It was great for the dog and the site even has a doggy shower for rinsing off those salty, sandy paws. Hunstanton is a 10 minute drive or a half hour walk along the beach too. Just a beautiful and wonderful location to stay.
