Lovely house

The house is clean, spacious and comfortable, with a nice big yard in the back. Very close to state park and other places for hiking, standup paddle boarding, and also easy drive to beach and to Portsmouth.

Awesome except for the angry neighbour

The property was lovely and a great location. It worked perfectly for our group. My only negative is the person in the unit next door woke us up between 1 & 2 am each night as they were outside yelling at someone very angrily. If not for that I would’ve given it 5 stars.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Very comfortable and loved the 3 bathrooms. It was great to return to our home away from home by the end of the day 😊 One complaint though was the strong odor of fragrance throughout the house when we arrived. including the trash bags themselves. It was not pleasant and we had to open up windows to try to get rid of the smell. Some people are allergic to such scents and I would advise not to use them. Thank you.

Great location & great home away from home!

This property is in a great location & it's a wonderful home away from home! Very spacious and clean-everything we needed for our stay in the NE area. Nice and quiet area but close to everything we needed. Grocery store is within 2 miles and lots of lakes/trails nearby as well as a quick drive to the beautiful Maine Coast. The property manager is super easy to communicate with and answered any questions very promptly. Would stay here again if in the area! Thank you so much for a great Thanksgiving Holiday in your VRBO! :)

Spacious, clean, great yard

Very spacious, comfortable, and convenient. Really nicely furnished and appliances and kitchen were wonderful. The yard had plenty of room to hang out and the driveway was able to accommodate a few vehicles with room to turn around. Great stay.

Our Stay

Our Host Kara was very attentive and answered all of our text promptly. Your property was Beautiful and Clean, it is in a good location, as we were planning our vacation around this area, my suggestions for a better stay would be to have more facecloths, and towels, at least 1 per day for each guest, also toaster and kettle, and more juice and water glasses. I understand that the water in Kingston is full of minerals, but something needs to be done about it, when we arrived everything was good but on the second day, everything was yellowed, and it was smelly. that was the biggest problem that we had, in saying that, once I notified Kara about this, she had someone come over immediately to fix it. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay early , but we did enjoy your home.
