Welcome to this newly renovated vintage/new home! Centrally located, it is easy to get wherever you need to go! Just 3 minutes to the 401, 5 minutes to Princess Street, 10-15 minutes to the West End and 7 minutes to CFB Kingston in the East End of Kingston.

**The laundry facilities are located in the basement of the home and the home is a war-time or earlier built home which means if you are taller than 5 feet, you will hit your head if you don't duck! The basement floor is uneven concrete, be cautious walking on it.**

There are two short-term rentals on this unique property but each unit is completely separate and self-contained. The other house on the property is called Cozy Home on a Quiet Street Minutes to DT Kingston.
This home is located in a residential/commercial area and you should expect some vehicle and pedestrian noise.
There are two bedrooms with queen sized beds, one full bathroom and a random toilet in the basement! (I have no idea why the toilet is there but it works!)
This house is suitable for long or short-term stays.

BABY ITEMS SUPPLIED:
Pack & Play and a high chair. Guests must supply everything else. The door leading to the basement locks so please lock the door if you are concerned about your child falling down the stairs. Please do not allow your child to go to the basement unattended - the child's safety is the guest's responsibility.
Guest is responsible for returning the pack & play to the carrying bag.
There are stove knob covers on the stove and baby safety door knob covers in the bottom drawer in the kitchen - please use them if you need them.

There are too many businesses to list that are up to a 5 minute drive/15 minute bus ride/30 minute walk! Please look at Google Maps to see the conveniences nearby but there are many restaurants, convenience stores, grocery stores, pharmacies, a Canadian Tire, and anything else you may need!
Please ensure you walk across the beautiful scenic Waaban Crossing Bridge which takes you across the Cataraqui River and links the East end of Kingston to the downtown area. You can walk this directly from your house! Just walk towards Montreal Street, turn left at the stop sign, walk to Big Bites and cross the street toward the River and you're at the Bridge!
