My stay started going downhill 2 days before i checked in when i called to confirm that my request for a crib had been received. I was told by receptionist that cribs were not available contrary to what was advertised but they could offer play pens without a mattress. But that i could put a blanket and some sheets inside for my infant to sleep on. As I am traveling with a young infant, having them sleep on anything less than a firm surface is unsafe. I was then told that i should bring my own crib and that I needed to figure it out. Imagine being told to figure out your own sleeping arrangements when checking in at a hotel....
Upon our arrival I can't say I pleased with the dried up dead bugs on the bathroom ceiling, the mouldy shower curtains, the iron stains on the bedsheets and blankets, or the random hairs scattered on the bathtub and bathroom floors. What really got me was the sign in the bathroom saying that the rooms are only turned over once every three days unless requested earlier (which I was fine with) but when we got back from being out all day, we noticed that housekeeping HAD been in the room, made up only one of the beds and took away 2 of our towels but didn't replace them.
On a positive note, a huge thank you to the receptionist (different than the one I'd spoken to days prior) who went on a manhunt to find extra blankets for us since extra ones in the room are made of wool and we have a wool allergy.
Overall for under $100 I guess I got what I paid for
