Got a screw in my tire in the parking lot, bathroom needs major updating and heaters need cleaning they were dusty and smelt like burnt dust when turned on to take chill out. Other than that wonderful stay.

Cockroaches. Found in the bathroom and on the wall next to the bed. Dirty. Drink splash stains above the garbage can in the bathroom. Drawer doesn't close. Always rolling open. Carpet is humid. I was told I was getting a refund. I was supposed to stay 2 days. Left as soon as I found the roaches. Only refunded one day. Showed front desk all the photos. Can't believe they didn't refund the whole thing. Shameful. Place had 8.2 stars from reviews. It's false. The room is not even remotely like the images on the listing.
