Disliked: Cleanliness
The best part was this condo’s location on the corner which was sunny and we saw this in the online photos and that’s the reason we booked it unfortunately we didn’t see the one review that gave it a six. The furnishings are dated the worst part is the shag carpeting which is disgusting. There was a brown ring around the whirlpool bath in the master bathroom it had not been properly cleaned The bedding in the master was just tossed in the closet the owner programmed the temperature to drop down to 65 at night automatically it took us a while to figure this out we were cold at night. The kitchen was ill equipped there is no blender the pots and pans were greasy and put away this way. The heat turned off automatically at night because the owners programmed it with their app. There was no way to change this on the condo thermostat. We woke up freezing and it took a long time for the condo to warm up. We booked two consecutive stays in the same condo and were charged for two cleanings even though while we were there the condo was not cleaned. I assume it was cleaned once following our departure from the second booking. I requested a refund for the double cleaning charge but have not received it.Definitely not worth the price find somewhere else to stay in Kirkwood
