Great location! Beautifully situated in the woods and near ski slopes. Front desk gal was rude. Check out was at 12pm, she came up to our room at 12.10pm, i opened the door and she rudely made a comment we have to leave now, w/out even greeting us...She treated us like we were late cpl hrs and it was just a matter of 10mins past 12pm ...i looked at the time and said we are packing and leaving. She didn't smile and she wasn't polite. Definitely a lot to ask Customer Service wise.

Kaikki tarvittava löytyi. Saunatilat uusittu ja todella hyvät. Huoneessa hieman ajan patinaa mutta se oli siisti. Palvelu erinomaista. Aamupala perushyvä.

Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta. Huone oli kompakti, mutta siinä oli erillinen parvi, joka oli toimiva, kun lapset on jo isompia. Huone oli siisti, mutta ei järin uusi. Käytiin myös illallisella, joka oli ihan ok, samoin kun aamiainen. Saunatilat oli hienot. Kokonaisuudessaan hyvä hintalaatusuhde.

Hôtel au milieu de la nature, lié à la compagnie Safartica. Attention, vous pouvez tomber sur des groupes de voyage du tour opérateur "Fram". Le buffet du soir est correct mais un peu cher tout de même pour ce qu'il est. Très bon petit déjeuner, varié. Places de parking à disposition.

Sievä hotelli hienolla paikalla. Hotelli ei ole uusin ja modernein, mutta ajaa asiansa. Hyvät tilat varusteiden säilyttämiseksi ja remontoidut hyvät saunatilat. Olisin toivonut päivittäistä huoneen siivousta. Huoneeseen kulkeutui hiekkaa.
