The Earnest is a unique, one-level home. The layout permits use of the entire house interior without having to deal with stairs. This home has four bedrooms; three full and one half baths, providing plenty of room for the comfort of the entire family. The open spacious living room features a double-sided fireplace which can be enjoyed both while dining and entertaining in the living room. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with all necessities for the discriminating cook. The generous and comfortable outdoor living and lounging areas on the deck and screened in porch provide you with additional living space.
The Earnest home is well-appointed and comes fully equipped with everything you will need for a memorable getaway or vacation, including beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels.
Ships Watch amenities include easy walking distance to either the ocean or the sound. We have a swimming pool, tennis courts and pickleball courts. On the sound, we have a 100 yard pier offering fishing and crabbing opportunities as well as beautiful sunset views. The nearby town of Duck offers many small shops, stores, galleries and restaurants.
