Small hotel but clean tidy and the staff were great. The breakfast was "OK " and there was no outside seating. Overall good hotel and would come back

It was okay. The area around the hotel was not the best, the room smelled of cigarettes, and it just did not feel clean. However the front desk checked us in quickly.
