This property is fantastic! We attended UT's Homecoming weekend, and the proximity to campus was perfect for us! The property itself far exceeded our expectations! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

What a beautiful, cozy place to spend a week! The house was tucked away from all the busyness and noise. The bed was comfy and the house had amazing outdoor space. The front porch was an excellent place to enjoy morning coffee. Despite feeling remote and rural, the house was only 10-15 minutess from all the downtown fun - restaurants, breweries, shops. We loved the Zoo and Ijams. We also made several trips into the Smokies to hike and look for bears. It was a great trip and a lovely place to stay. Also a bonus - the host was wonderful - she was responsive and gave great tips and suggestions.

This was probably the best VRBO we’ve stayed at!Super comfortable and up to date. It was extremely well done in all areas. Pool/ping pong table was a huge hit. The house was extremely well appointed with very nice furnishings. We couldn’t have asked for a better house for our time in Knoxville.
