Great location for UTK Parent's Weekend. The little market at the hotel is helpful and the staff is very kind. The bathroom door wouldn't close all the way and the toilet kept running, but I didn't bother making a report so no fault of the hotel.

The property was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful the location was fine. Not far from downtown Knoxville, but close to the highway so you could hear traffic and vehicles. Overall. It was a nice hotel.
