Room was nice except pillows marked firm werent very firm. Breakfast was ok, not much variety each day from previous day tho. Biggest disappointment was indoor pool was closed, even after I called to see if it would be open when I booked room. It was main reason I booked that hotel.

The front staff of the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. However, the housekeeping staff were not attentive at all. We had to ask several times for clean towels daily. We stayed three nights and the housekeeping staff never made our beds or cleaned anything in our room. We had to ask staff at the front desk to get trash out of our room. No other issues other than housekeeping. The room was very nice and plenty of space.
