This property is “dog friendly”, which equaled no sleep all night for our family due to the two dogs in the room next to us and one across the hall barking excessively almost all night and upstairs neighbors who thought stomping would somehow help the situation. The beds were very uncomfortable and you could feel every spring and the food within the hotel was very overpriced. The pool was swimable but the “hot tub” was unfortunately luke warm at best. The property is in an easy location right off the highway though.

Check in was ok. The mattresses poked me. So they were not the best. There is no nightlight in the room so I had to leave the light in the bathroom on in order to see my way to the bathroom if and when needed. Breakfast is available at an ADDITIONAL COST! Why. On my way to the hotel I called and asked if I could have a fan in the room, was told they do not provide it. I will never book this hotel again.

Decent hotel respective to Knoxville hotels. Didn’t price gouge too bad on a gameday and rooms were clean and service was nice and friendly. I would consider starting here again for sure.
