This unit is in a Triplex home. We converted the bedrooms into an efficiency studio of about 16 x 16. The unit does not have access to the rest of the home. All units in the home have their own entrance and smart locks. This unit was design with a Minimalist style in mind - you will have all you need to be comfortable without the extra stuff and will save more than renting a full home.

LOCATION:
The house is located in a historic and walkable neighborhood. We have many neighbors walking their dogs and working out at all times of the day. If you like to walk or run you can start from my house towards Emoriland Blvd, this is a beautiful colorful historic street. The neighbors are very pleasant, and you will find a neighborhood food pantry and library in front of one of the houses. You can walk 8 minutes and visit Roseanne Wolf Picnic Area. You can search in the internet Fairmont-Emoriland Neighborhood in Knoxville TN for more information or click the additional information listed under the map of this listing.

BACKYARD:
There is a fire pit in the yard and guests are welcome to use it. You can buy firewood at Lowes and Home Depot which are 8 minutes away.

LAUNDRY: The closest laundromat is 1 minutes away, or you can ask for a referral code to get $10 off with Poplin, Pick up and Drop off laundry service.

SECURITY: Security cameras face the backyard and driveway parking space.

This place was SO cute!! I loved the way the bed was set up so it almost doubled as a couch in front of the TV. The guest book was such a nice touch. It was the perfect size for my boyfriend and I!!! We will definitely be back!

Just what we needed

This was a neat property. Close to Old town and close to the dog show venue which is the reason for our trip. The fenced yard was perfect with the weather being so wet. We were able to stay on the stoop and watch the dogs. Then just pick up after them. The owner was very quick to respond to our questions. We even got to meet her when she was cleaning one of the other units!

Comfortable room in a central location

Very happy with the house/ and area and the Host is wonderful! Just didn’t realize the accommodation was a ‘room’ in a house and not at least a ‘half a house’. Otherwise the Host is very accommodating and pet friendly!

Was remodeled nicely and was a great use of space. Cute decor, the bed was comfortable, it was clean and in a safe area. VRBO has some outdated information but the owner responds quick with any questions. Would recommend.
