The studio apartment is located on the ground floor and has a private entrance right next to its parking space on the driveway.

This apartment is perfect for professionals, students, international travelers, or anyone staying in Knoxville for a month or more. It comes fully equipped with all the necessary amenities including dishes, utensils, pots, pans, sheets, some towels, pillows, and blankets. There is also a plastic lap desk you can use for working in bed or on the futon. There is also a narrow counter space for eating or also working on a laptop. The apartment has keyless entry for convenience and security.

The futon in the apartment has a comfortable spring queen mattress. The "kitchen" is a small room where a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, crock pot, electric skillet, hot plate, blender, and coffee pot are provided for your use.

You will have your own private entrance to the apartment from outside, ensuring a private and quiet stay. We are available by phone or text in case you need any assistance or have any questions.

The neighborhood is great, you can enjoy jogging or walking in Knoxville's beautiful historic district. If you're a sports fan, you can go watch a Volunteer football game at Neyland Stadium. You can take the bus to Downtown Knoxville and Market Square, where you can find a great variety of restaurants, bars, and boutiques. Just a couple blocks away, you'll find K-Brew which is a popular and comfortable hangout place.

To save gas money and explore the city, you can take advantage of the KAT bus stops located just a couple blocks away. These buses will take you downtown, where four free trolleys are available. These trolleys serve Downtown Knoxville and the UT area, including the Knoxville Station, The Civic Coliseum, the waterfront pathway, The Old City, Gay Street, University of Tennessee, and the South Waterfront. Trolley maps can be found at several locations throughout downtown, including the Knoxville Station Transit Center.
