We put a lot of love into Abrite House. The spaces feature a modern style with warm wood interiors. The size of each house is 35 sq.m., consisting of sleeping loft, living area, kitchenette and bathroom.

We do not accept any infants under 2 years old, as the property is not suitable for them.

Living Space :

The comfortable living space is full of natural light that makes it feel more intimate, warm and inviting. Each house has 12 windows in total (9 out of which are operable). If you prefer to get some fresh air, just leave all the windows and doors open. I always do that in case there is no rain. And please keep the windows and doors closed at night. This helps keep mosquitoes away and prevent bug bites when you sleep. Don’t forget that you are on a tropical island!

The folding desk under the Tv gives you adequate space to work on your personal computer. When you’re done, simply fold the desk down. There is no cable access in the accommodation, but Internet connection accessing YouTube is available. Anyhow, you can login to your own Netflix account on the Smart Tv. With a fold-down bed, you can take an occasional nap, or just relax and enjoy watching a movie.

We installed a small closet under the stairs for storing your luggage and other stuff. Each of the houses also includes a small wooden dining table set for 2. Feel free to use it as your own desk. Also, we provide you with a small metal coffee table set with two chairs. You can use it on the outside terrace. (Please do not use the wooden dining table set outside because sometimes it rains).

Sleeping Loft :

Each of the houses is equipped with an individually adjustable air conditioning system to keep the house cooler on hot days. We also have the curtains to be an option for privacy.

When it comes to bedrooms, mattress is key; the sleeping loft has a very comfortable king size pocket spring mattress with a blanket. This ensures you get a good night’s sleep and makes your bed feel much more inviting in the morning. We provide pillows, duvets, linens (bed sheets, pillow cases and towels), but you need to bring your own beach towels (if you need ones).

There is a bedside table that is large enough to fit all of your personal belongings. In the loft there are also reading lamps and a safe in which you can store your valuables; it can even fit a 15-inch laptop.

Like most tiny houses, our cozy sleeping loft can be accessed via steep stairs or a ladder. This may not be suitable for small children or anyone who may have difficulty climbing up and down stairs. Sleep cozily at your own risk (2 guests with a small child may sometimes be accommodated).

Bathroom :

The bathroom is equipped with a rain shower, a hand shower (with hot shower), and a flushing toilet. (Please do not flush paper towels and napkins down the toilet).

Kitchenette :

The kitchenette is ideal for cooking easy meals. It comes with a small sink, a microwave plus an 8.4Q refrigerator with a separate freezer and fridge space. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the porch and snuggle up in the loft.

The less you expect, the more pleasant life gets. Please expect less from our Tiny houses. Indeed, each of the houses is smaller than a hotel room.

Additional Info :

- Electric power supply in the house is 220 volts. Occasionally, a power outage is caused. There are many causes of power failures in an electricity network. When a storm occurs, a power cut possibly happens and no Wifi is found. So, we provide battery-operated lights just in case.

- Tap water is only used for showers. Anyhow, drinking water is available at the local grocery stores or convenience stores.

Check-in time is after 02:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. If you’d rather come earlier or later, this can sometimes be arranged.
