Great hotel. The room was nice but nothing too special. Big bathroom. Staff is super friendly! Self check in was easy but the staff helped out anyways. Shopping district is directly across the street and only a few minutes walk from the station. Tons of stores and shops and restaurants. The hotel has a restaurant as well but didn’t try it. Looked good though. I would recommend staying here if you want to be as close as possible to the action without it being too busy in front of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Truly amazing staff went out of their way to look for my shirt but did find my shorts that I had no idea where I left! Will definitely stay there again! Perfect location to subway, shops and restaurants!!!

This hotel was super clean. It is in a good location, walking distance from stations and bunch of restaurants and shopping area. There is a City loop bus stop near by and it was very convenient for sightseeing. I also loved their separate bathtub/shower room. They even had epsom salt at amenity corner.(good amenity bar at the lobby)

Most impressive is the staff named "Mariko" at the Reception. Mariko-san is very efficient, attentive, service-minded, and helpful indeed. I am very impressed with the way Mariko-san assisted me in searching more information about the train schedule (very fast, clear and complete) and this really helped me a lot and made me want to go back to stay at this hotel again and again.

Very new hotel close

This hotel is right at the shopping street. It is also only a short walk to the Harbour, the Kitano foreign settlement area, and the ropeway station up to the Herb garden (all recommended tourist atteactions). The hotel feels very new. Although it only offers room cleaning once every 3 days, you can request for more frequent cleaning or change of linen by placing a sign outside on the door of your room.

Great location!

The hotel was situated on a beautiful, one-way street walkable to the Sannomiya station and the harbour. Check-in was relatively easy with a ticket/qr code from the counter and then the kiosk for the key cards - the same kiosk was used for returning the key cards and check out. The on-site Italian restaurant was popular among the locals but offered a 10% off discount for those staying at the hotel: service and food was great for the lunch buffet we had. The room we had for our family of 4 with small children was located on the top floor (16F): it was spacious, housing two large beds, a living area with a big desk and coffee table (for those eat-in meals) and had a mini fridge (with freezer) and microwave oven. The bathroom was equally spacious, with a well-appointed bathtub and two wash basins; toilet was separate at the entrance and also had its own wash basin. Lighting and its control was well designed and the curtain could block out lights fully. We used the coin-operated laundry located on the 10F - it was a washer and dryer combined; we did need additional drying for our large load of laundry. The "lobby" next to the reception was relaxing as we checked out and explored the city once more until after lunch time. The surrounding of the hotel was relaxing and quiet: this is very different to what we anticipated, understanding the central location of this hotel previously.
